Nickelodeon Schedule Discussion Thread Part 5

Panic much? Next week's schedule has the usual Loud House marathon now back to its usual 5pm start time. Just because there's Loud House reruns placed before new SpongeBob doesn't mean that it signals Nickelodeon pulling the last two new SB episodes of this month. Besides, another flagship show of the channel, Paw Patrol, has had some series lows, yet it keeps cranking out new episodes. Viewership doesn't even matter anymore.

It does Nick wouldn't let Loud House air before new SpongeBob they don't even let Loud House air before most premieres these days it always ends up getting pulled. And viewership still matters a lot to Nick if you hadn't noticed, most of schedule changes they make is based on how a show's premieres perform and Nick has been known to pull premieres last minute because of low ratings and honestly SpongeBob's series low last week was REALLY bad especially since Kamp Koral a week prior got 700K and the show itself has rarely dipped below 700K. PAW Patrol is different because it has constantly dipped below 600K, 500K, 400K you name it so it doesn't matter that much but when SpongeBob does ratings that low it's a issue. Even Loud House itself has only hit ratings that low twice, this is an issue and Nick knows it is. Also the schedule itself isn't really finalized either since Loud House still starts at 6PM on the schedule two weeks from now expect more changes tomorrow.

Sat 11:30AM is Drama Club, were moved out of from 4PM airing, 4PM is now Loud House

Also n@n has made some numerous changes for next week:

Young Sheldon now will air 6am slot for weekdays, as well as around 3:30am or 4am to 6:30amish. Although late Mon/early Tues 5:30AM and onwards list as To Be Announced for late night weekdays (maybe later could be off the clock).

Mom gets increased to 5 airings instead of 4, for only weekdays

Full House is notably getting moved to late weekends night slots. Mom won't get airing on late night Sat, I mean 1:30AM-4AM has TBA,

With Full House, that show had been airing weekday 6am half hour slot since May 2019, not counting for other temporary changes.

-Danger Force starts at 8:06PM, and SpongeBob afterwards now start at 8:38PM with episode "Shanghaied" which is 16 min runtime (not the original ones, but edited reruns)

Kung Fu Panda 2008 movie now airs at 11:30AM
Notably SpongeBob Super Night block is no more, instead it be original 4:30PM-8:15PM SpongeBob
1:30PM-4:30PM are Loud House
4:30PM-8:15PM are SpongeBob, 8:15PM Kamp Koral, 8:30PM is The Barbarian and the Troll

This Sunday 7:30PM is SpongeBob instead of Drama Club, so Drama Club gets cuts down to 2 airings, instead of 3


And Nick@Nite has made numerous schedule changes for this week:
late night Friday/early Sat, Mom this time increased to 6 airings, 1:30AM-4:30AM, Young Sheldon 4:30AM-6AM. Originally scheduled was Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa to air at 4AM-6AM, but were moved to late night Sat/early Sunday morning slot after Tooth Fairy 4AM-6AM replacing Full House slot.

early Monday morning 1AM-2AM Mom (2 airings), 2AM is again Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa movie

That means Full House is getting cut down to only one day, with 4 airings early Monday airing 4AM-6AM.

Also to note, this wasn't the first time Full House gets cut down to weekend airings, in fact that has happened back in Apr or May 2018 and goes onwards until late Aug 2018

Starting on Monday, Santiago of the Seas will now have reruns weekdays at 10:30AM.

-Saturday notably Kamp Koral full episode (just the second episode) rerun will be airing at 7PM, and The Barbarian and the Troll doesn't seem to be airing on Sat evening, just only Sat morning
Side Hustle rerun at 8PM, and Drama Club at 8:30PM-9:30PM

For Drama Club, this is the second time it aired on nick@nite, first was in late night slot, then next would be in primetime slot.

I still wish the same could've done past Nick shows years ago on nick@nite slot.

-Sunday 11AM hour are now The Barbarian and the Troll (replacing SpongeBob slots)

The bolded means the change is there.

SpongeBob this Friday after Danger Force starts at 8:38pm and it's going to be 16 min length episode of SpongeBob - Handemonium.


For late Saturday night slot, after Friends, (swapping slots) this time it's Full House at 1am-4am, and Kung Fu Panda at 4am

Sunday 3:30pm Barbarian and the Troll pulled for Loud House. But it gets moved to 6:30pm. So 6:30pm is Barbarian and the Troll.

That's all I guess, but expect some more changes in future.


I'm also surprised they haven't changed Sat lineup for 9pm that STILL has Friends after Sat night premieres.

There were more changes: I can't say much.

Instead of airing Kung Fu Panda 2 this weekend afternoon, Nick will return with Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted.

Also Sun evening and late Sat night/early Sun morning, instead of Kung Fu Panda, movie changed to Alvin and Chipmunks: The Road Chip.

Also next week, 1:30pm is PAW Patrol AGAIN. SpongeBob still starts at 2pm now permanent. Apparently SpongeBob will no longer be 1:30pm weekdays.
