No new Christmas specials. Bleh. Whatever. I guess Nick has enough Christmas specials to keep them going (SBSP(x2), Victorious, iCarly, FOP(x3), DaJ,etc.). But without any new Christmas specials, expect to see A Fairly Odd Christmas, It's A SpongeBob Christmas, and Merry Christmas: DaJ a million times.

I wouldn't be surprised that Nick didn't request Christmas episodes for their shows because they didn't expect their live action to run thru their seasons so fast. SaC was supposed to premiere in the Fall and by know, probably would only be half way into the first season. Same for the other shows. Oh well. I personally enjoy Nicks Christmas lineup. Maybe we'll see some Christmas movies Nick nabbed for the holidays.

I see you're new to the board. I say majority of us have come to terms with SBSPs number of airings... Only because the network overall has done a great job with taking care of its other shows.

I've actually been looking around for like a year before making an account.
To get back on topic, It was a good idea to give RI a weekday slot. It will get more exposure. I just wish that they kept SJC too.

Actually, Rocket Monkeys does have a Christmas special in its first production season (titled "The Peel Who Stole Christmas/Ships, Trips and Wormholes"). It just depends on Nick if it wants to air it or not (likely not considering the show being off air for roughly six months). Really wish Nick gave the show another chance. It was a decent cartoon from Teletoon that was getting FOP-sized ratings and had potential to be a moderate hit for Nick.

Yeah, Nick could really use some more Christmas movies to compete with DC, CN and The Hub. Arthur Christmas, Rise of the Guardians, Ice Age, Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas (the 2000 movie) and some of DreamWorks' holiday specials could work for Nick. I don't see why not.

Agreed. Nick should've kept Sanjay & Craig at 4pm and put Rabbids Invasion at 4:30pm. Considering how SJC manage to score 1.6-2.0 in daily reruns, I could see RI getting similar ratings. 7am or 2pm would also work for RI.

Also, with Breadwinners likely to premiere in January or February, where would it go? RI still has a handful of episodes left and MvA only has 5 left (don't understand why Nick couldn't finish MvA this year by doubling the premieres or something). Could next year's SatAM lineup be FOP-SBSP-SJC-TMNT-BW-RI-MvA-PRM? I hope not. It looks too crowded.

SJC performed very well during its weekday stretch. So Nick knows it can hold its own at 4 p.m. My thinking is Nick is now testing RI to see if it can also hold a weekday slot and be renewed. There's still 13 more episodes to go, so a lot of time to figure it out. RI isn't anything special, but as it's been said, it's the consistency of the shows premieres and reruns that keep it on the table. Wouldn't be surprised if the weekday ratings would determine if RI is continued and kept on schedule to a larger capacity. Agreed that 7 a.m. And 2 p.m. slots could work.

BW will replace MvA, so it'll probably launch in February after MvAs final five episodes. Probably during the President's Day holiday on Monday following a SBSP premiere. Kinda been Nicks pattern. Agreed, MvA should have been finished off already, but five episodes isn't much. It will be a crowded Saturday, but Nick also has Monday and Friday night with ATV likely cancelled and LoK on hiatus. Not saying either slot is highly successful for Nick, but they have tried those slots. My thinking is Saturday morning will likely look like this: FOP-SBSP-SJC-TMNT-BW-RI. Not too crowded considering FOP and SBSP premieres are pretty sporadic.

Nick and More reports the hour long Sam & Cat special is scheduled for January, along with two other episodes.

Wow. A special plus two episodes. If that 1-hour special is considered two episodes, that's gonna be four episodes of the second set of 20 SaC episodes. I understand Nick needs to keep their live action relevant, but they can't blaze through them this quickly. They could be done by summer if Nick continues on this pace. If this continues, I definitely expect an official renewal.

Yeah, Nick is really blazing through these episodes. If they continue to air new episodes every week next year, the second half of season 1 will be finished by late May or early - mid June, and I don't think Nick would want go to through the summer without their flagship live action show.

This makes me think SaC will get an official second season... With possibly a longer episode count of at lest 26. By then, Nick may have a couple more live action shows out and able to see if anything else could replace SaC. You'd hope so at least...

Strange to see Nick going throughout SJC eps so quick but I'll take speedy premieres over the long hiatuses iCarly/Victorious were on so much

It's fine for Nick to air thru episodes as long as they continue to order more in advance. THH is also down to only 10 episodes, but are probably working on Season 2 episodes already.

I'm thinking Nick will air about 10 more episodes of each show. Put everything on a summer hiatus. Then begin airing again in the Fall. I expect Summer to be all about the three remaining Nicktoons joining the network.
