NickMom will finally get removed from the Nick Jr. channel starting Monday.

Blue's Clues and Franklin & Friends will join the overnight schedule.

Dino Dan will burn off episodes next week.

BREAKING NEWS! NickMom FINALLY gets removed from Nick Jr. starting Monday!

Well this is going to be very surprising. Instant Mom and See Dad Run had been airing reruns. But Instant Mom continues new episodes in TVLand every Saturdays 8PM. But still no clue what the future for See Dad Run since there hasn't been any new episode since last December last year. At least NickMom facebook has made last farewell for goin off the air saying at end of this month. But Nick@Nite facebook for whatever reason never updates! Now they need to work on getting rid of Nick@Nite sometime in future or so...

NickMom will finally get removed from the Nick Jr. channel starting Monday.

About dang time. I don't watch NickMom, but I'm actually glad it's getting removed (the likes of That 70s Show and The New Adventures of Old Christine have NO place airing on a PRESCHOOL network, period). It damaged Nick Jr.'s ratings so bad by 75% since it's arrival. Now I'm hoping the ratings will rise up again with NickMom out of the way.

Nick Jr.'s new schedule looks a little better actually. Sure it still needs some work, but having about 22 shows on the lineup is a good amount for a 24/7 network. Good to see Blue's Clues returning as well.

Long story short, I'm willing to forgive them this time, but if this network tries another stunt like this again, it's over...but good. I mean, non-family shows on a preschool channel? Did they really think that that's what the older viewers (let alone the moms in the audience) wanted to see (especially when the sons and daughters weren't looking)? What were they thinking? Heck, with a name like "NickMom", you'd think it would have informational shows that talk about mothers and families and stuff (not that I would ever watch that kind of stuff, but I'm just saying). Instead, it just assumed that the viewers were parents (especially moms) who wanted a nightly "vacation" away from their families (and from preschool shows, apparently) in order to watch the shows they would "really" want/prefer to watch. In any case, it's nice to know that the viewers have gotten the last laugh here. Indeed, the reaction was actually the opposite of what was being expected. It just goes to show: they (the network) thought they knew the viewers, and what (they [the network] thought) they (the older viewers) wanted to see, but in the end, they really didn't.
As for me, I sometimes wonder why it took three years for them to get a clue, when it (probably) should have taken one year if not half a year or less...

Okay, I'm done. In short, now that I know that, again, the viewers have the last laugh, I'll see about watching this network depending on what's on...

Season 7 of Winx Club is not airing anymore in Nick Jr. And Ben and Holly's Kingdom had acquired first two seasons (52 episodes total).
