I noticed that Learnin' to Talk Italian Lesson 4 uses an accordion arrangement of Funiculì Funiculà, but I have yet to find the specific arrangement used. The latter part of this version on Manhattan Production music is similar, but I don't think it's an exact match.

Found the other Cartoon Planet Storybook theme! It's "On the River," on the album Tony Tots from Music House.

The "Funseekers" sketch about revolving restaurants and such uses another track from Christian Poulet's Airport album: Over the Clouds. I should have noticed this one sooner.

Another Power House music find: "Reptile Dance" from the album Funky stuff was used in the Funky Ray sketch.

Another one I should have noticed sooner: "On the Humorous Side" from the often used Movie Archives: Light Activity album by DeWolfe is used in the Mail Bag segment where a viewer insults (or possibly compliments?) Space Ghost's dancing by saying he has "the moves of a chicken."

Thanks for finding all of these! "Over the Clouds" is also used in a promo where Brak's sad about Cartoon Planet being cut back on the schedule.

"Palace Waltz" from Piano Bar is used in Space Ghost's mailbag rant where he complains about the names he gets called and the frequent requests to make Brak or Zorak the hosts.

Coffee Shop Poet is used in Zorak's "Turn out the light and put the cow out" beatnik rap.
From Fred Forster Welcomes You:
Au Clair de la Lune is used in the sketch where Zorak writes Space Ghost's lines.
The tail end of Narcissus is used in the "Who let a fluffy" and "Big fat head day" sketches.

Coffee Shop Poet was also used in the end credits of The Bob Clampett Show.

"Funny Business" on the album of the same name by AirCraft Music Library is used for the "My Brother Matt" storybook.

"Mr. Kool" on the same album is also used in the sketch where Zorak is trying to send a coded message to "Channel Zero."

"Ska Face" from Rap Attak Remixes is used in the sketch where Space Ghost is trying to sound hip with his new "Boom, there ya go!" catchphrase. This is from the same artists and label as "Target," the track used as the basis for "Fight the Power Bands. An alternate version of Ska Face exists on Rap Attak 2, which Target originates from.

Another "Fred Forster Welcome You" find: "Southern Palms" was used in the "Schmoozin'" sketch.

New find! The track "Oh, Waiter!" from the simply-named "Piano" album by JW Media Music is used in some Nugget of Joy segments, such as the one where Zorak describes how he likes to relax with a cup of chamomile tea and the one where he recalls his tutelage under Gandorf the Mad Grinder.

Okay, found the accordion arrangement of Funiculi Funicula used in Learnin' to Talk Italian Lesson 4! It's on Fistcom's Europe International Vol. 1. The reason it didn't show up in my previous search was because they spelled it with two "N"s! (Funniculi Funnicula)

Additionally, "Naples Cafe" from the same album is used for the other 3 Learnin' to Talk Italian segments.

The circus music used when Zorak responds to a letter from a woman whose boyfriend wears his clown outfits on dates is "Fun at the Fair" from Firstcom's "Comedy - Novelty" album.

Sunkissed Salsa from RCAL's Light Themes/Latin/Jazz is the tune used when Space Ghost describes his stay in a hotel that had "Magic Fingers" to a caller, as well as when he, Zorak and Brak try to repeat some Spanish from a fan latter (to varying degrees of success.)

Had been wanting to find this one for a long time! The way the melody comes in after Space Ghost says "Magic... Fingers." always cracked me up.

In another case of "I should have noticed this sooner," Paris Nostalgy from Happy Swing is used in these two mailbag segments.

In other news, these CDs just flew in from Pluto, and boy do their feet stink!
