Marinette's grandfather Rolland will be akumatized into a new villain and Nino's young brother, Chris will return.

This season is completely repeating season 3's appearance table, lol.

The official Miraculous channel released a teaser for Simpleman. It releases September 28 on Gloob.


"Ladybug challenges her grandfather again. Transformed into Simpleman, he wants to make everything simple, resulting in chaos!"

Winny has confirmed two episodes of season 4 are on the way but episode 9 is not yet ready.

My guess is we will receive episodes 15 and 20 soon.


Gloob and Zag have began production on season 5, premiering sometime in 2022

TFOU will also be showing episode 15 on October 24.

A summary for the 15th episode of season 4 was revealed:

"Ladybug and Chat Noir face Glaciator once again, who is convinced that the superheroes are in love. When a facetious Chat Noir agrees with him, Ladybug reminds him that they cannot be together, and that his insistence is becoming a real nuisance. Once they've defeated the supervillain, Chat Noir starts doing some serious soul-searching. As he looks for a way to stop annoying his Lady with his feelings, Chat Noir bumps into Marinette, who herself is looking for someone to help her rehearse telling how she feels to the boy she secretly loves..."

Gloob has revealed a trailer for Dearest Family. The episode will premiere on October 19.


Shadow Moth is able to find a way to break through the protection given by Ladybug's magical charms, meaning he can reakumatize people.

Also, we are getting a Gamer 2.0/Party Crasher scenario where the forms are revealed before their debut. In this case, it's revealed Sabine will become akumatized in Qilin, meaning that happens the second time since it takes place between episodes 20 and 22 (aka. the 100th episode).

Here's a summary for the episode:
"Shadow Moth has finally found a way to break the effect of the amulets that Ladybug gave to the people of Paris and now all of Marinette's family are akumatized in the Dearest Fanily team. But it's not only that, apparently Tikki is going to use her power alone!"

But she couldn't call the latter, as she still doesn't know his secret identity. The Celestial Guardian of the Miraculous finds that this situation cannot go on. It is too dangerous to leave Cat Noir's Miraculous in the wild with a stranger. If Ladybug is to remain Guardian, she must find a way to tell Master Su-Han who really Cat Noir is. Someone must know, to control. Faced with this ultimatum, what will Ladybug do?"

Gabriel Agreste's French premiere date has also been revealed

Here are some info that was revealed via a fan conference:

• Both Psychomedian and Gabriel Agreste were delayed because Indian studio, DQ went bankrupt and it had to do with COVID-19. People lost their job as a result
• Season 4 is close to finishing production. The remaining six episodes will likely bow on Disney Channel sometime this December.
• Season 5 has started production. Writing for the season has finished. Thomas mentioned that the staff will likely start writing season 6 at the moment.
• Season 5's episodes might likely last more than 22 minutes.
• The 22nd episode of season 3, "Cat Blanc" was planned to premiere in season 2. Production was two years but network executives were against this for being too dark. The first version was too sad so they rewrote the episode.
• Sentibubbler was originally 1 hour
• The Agreste's family kitchen was planned to appear in Gabriel Agreste but was pushed to season 5.
• There will be new songs and music in season 5
• The Agreste story arc will finish in season 5, meaning we will likely get bigger focus on Adrien
• Season 6 will be "a new beginning", meaning it will be a post-script season
