Just saw this on the MeTV Toons Reddit. Toon in with Me will be airing an episode titled "A Mighty Announcement" on Monday November 10. Sounds like a possibility of Mighty Mouse and the Terrytoons airing on Toon in with Me.

The official print of the TMNT episode Attack of the Big MACC (airing at the time of writing) has some interlacing problems. It's as if the picture is shaking.

The Terrytoons are a work in progress, and apparently there's a story of how difficult it was for Weigel to hash out a deal with Paramount to get them.

But it also sounds like good things will come for that package in time.

It is possible but decision with scheduling rests with Weigel, so they prioritize the older shows.

Not sure if WBD open more libraries for syndication.

Don't be too hopeful for shows to air on MeTV Toons since Weigel has a full plate of shows that haven't air yet and studio don't open some libraries for syndication.

I guessing the fact that Viacom/Paramount hasn't done anything with the Terrytoons in 30+ years, they probably have never been digitized for modern TV Broadcast or DVD releases. Difficulty could be related to the library needing to be digitalize for modern TV Broadcast from old TV Station Tape Masters or Film Masters, and just locating Tape or Film Masters in Paramount's archives.

I think I'm satisfied with the current status of the schedule. I don't feel like begging for CN shows to come. Also, given the corporate split/merger, the CN titles are not placed under the core WB library, which explains its titles being "centralized" on Cartoon Network as a channel.

Jerry Beck has outright deconfirmed CN shows from coming to the channel. Pretty sure the only other stuff he has outright said no to are Dick Tracy (racism) and Snorks (master issues)

Some cool little surprises here and there. Christmas Comes to Pac-Land shows up at last.

A couple of obscure Rankin Bass gets with The Stingiest Man in Town and A Miser Brothers' Christmas. All the other WB-owned RB specials are probably taken by other networks.

The full "Tis the Season for Toons" line-up for 2025 is now listed on the MeTV Toons site.

They toned down on the length likely because it will be seen on Sundays too. Also, Sonic Christmas Blast again. I'm still waiting to see AoSTH (would give a good 13-week cycle), but then again, their negotiations with Wildbrain have been reduced lately.

MeTV Toons is having some technical difficulties on the West Coast feed right now. Went to a Black and no audio during The Flintstones with just a logo on screen, then the logo disappeared and the audio came back for commercial break. After commercial Logo came back, plus on now/next up graphic. But still no video after 10 minutes. Just been listening to The Flintstones no video. See how long this last. They appear to be working on it as they just went back to commercial break, the audio keeps going off and back on and the logo keeps appearing and disappearing.

Edit: Video just came back with no logo on screen during Yogi Bear.

Edit 2: After a logo-less episode of Yogi Bear, the MeTV Toons logo is back with the start of Huckleberry Hound.

"MeTV Toons has announced their Holiday line-up for 2025, the so-called “‘Tis the Season for Toons” event, which will present special programming every weekend starting November 1st, until December 21st. The special schedules kick off this weekend, Saturday November 1st at 6P | 5C and Sunday November 2nd at 5P | 4C.



Highlights for this year include some new-to-the-network specials, such as adaptations of Dr. Seuss stories, a few Rankin-Bass productions, and several other Christmas or Thanksgiving (or just winter in general) specials and movies, some related to cartoons that are not currently in the channel’s line-up. These are in addition to the already classic toons the channel aired last year, and will presumably continue the tradition in the future. Other Weigel networks were unaffected, strange to see just this one channel in this situation. Maybe they were hit by Hallowern gremlins.

This was a nationwide issue, the Eastern Time feed was also hit with this technical difficulty.

They did not have a Halloween line-up for yesterday, but at least that mistake compensated (just sayin')

It would be nice if MeTV Toons could get the rights to "Halloween is Grinch Night" for next year.
