It would be kind of hilarious if, when the X-Men and FF are introduced, they retcon where they were during all the pivotal MCU moments :p.

If it does happen, it'll probably be a Disney+ thing...
Perhaps... depends on VFX costs. Maybe economies of scale will set in eventually and doing a series as VFX heavy as a GoTG movie might be feasible. It seems like centuries ago when the news of Marvel Disney+ series first came out, a Rocket Raccoon and Groot series was one of the first rumored series in development.

It should be a spinoff film, not series. Lady & tramp was first outta the gate on Disney+ in that respect, so it makes sense. If Gunn has a good story. . .

Well, of the stuff they have coming up, She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel is probably going to require the most VFX. So that might be a real test of how much budget Disney is willing to throw at that kind of stuff.

Yeah, exactly. I'm curious to see if the VFX budgets to each series will be enough.
