He expects to survive Avengers 4.
I think there's probably a clear distinction between the Finger Snapped heroes and the ones that weren't, in that the Finger Snapped heroes likely all have future stories or adventures ahead of them while the hereos who stayed behind will have their "last hurrah" in Avengers 4 for the most part.

Obviously there will be some exceptions, like Widow with her movie coming out. And I think Hulk might make it considering Ruffalo is so passionate about the role and there's a lot with the Hulk they still haven't mined yet.

Yeah, Guy Ritchie has gone really downhill lately, and him doing a Captain Britain movie is so on the nose that it's suspicious.

But I'd be very interested in a Captain Britain film; heck, if they wanted to, they could use him to set up various FOX stuff (like Psylocke!).

Or Excalibur ;).

Yeah, how could I forget them? He was a founding member, but the group mostly consists of FOX characters (Shadowcat, Nightcrawler, Colossus, etc). I'm not sure where they'd fit into the current MCU, but since FOX never used them, I could see them being high priority.

Well if the pitch goes through I expect it to be a movie or Streaming Series. It's not going to be a one shot because Thompson pitched it as a film thus probably has like at least a two hour story set in mind for it. So if Marvel did love the pitch they aren't going to want to cut it down to a short. I could see it expanded into a limited series but not shortened to be like 15 minutes long or something. Especially since with the shorts the focus is also put on somewhat more grounded events and that wouldn't work with Howard who you're going to need the same CG team from GOTG/GOTG Volume 2 to put in so doubt they would waste that on just a short.

I do hope this comes to pass in some form since I just love the idea of actually doing something with Howard the Duck that's more then just one joke.

It's a little funny that ever since the Fox sale was first approved that the idea of MCU X-Men has dominated the conversation since a lot of fans had been hoping for MCU Fantastic Four before the last film was even announced. Having the bigger franchise become a possibility seemed to push the FF idea to the side.
Lea Thompson says Marvel loved her Howard the Duck pitch.
They can get Zoey to reprise her mom's role.

I think a lot of that had to do with the fan reception to Fant4stic and Fox's seeming inability to do the Fantastic Four justice on the silver screen, while they've had somewhat more success with the X-Men to where fans were more receptive to the FF film rights going back to Marvel.

But now that it's possible they'll be getting both, it's kind of hard not to imagine or ponder how they'll go about re-incorporating the X-Men .
