What on earth is MYKart99? Do they seriously need more infomercials (both Nick and Sonic) on top of their already horrible schedule?!?! I mean..... aren’t they already in top and getting a ton of subscription money??

MYKart99 is kind of a colourful version of Scalextric (toy cars that race along a track), according to Google.

Ah, the car tracks are only one product sold by them. Here's a example of their Teleshopping programming:

Actually it's one of the many products they advertise. I checked their Facebook page and they also sell standard teleshopping products.

It's quite pathetic when a premium Indian station shows terrible third-party teleshopping like a local station, and the ACTUAL LOCAL STATION (Nick Greece) airs 24 hours of cartoon/live-action content.

BTW, that MyKarts99 thing, is something Smile TV Athens (the rival station to Nickelodeon Greece) would show, as it shows sometimes telemarketing production for kids.

EDIT: What's the point of showing infomercials when everybody is sleeping, anyway?

Is digitisation of TV in India even doing any good? Nick has had infomercials for like 10 years now but CN never did until 2011! It gives me a feeling that digital TV in India is not making much of a difference.

That's basically the only way to survive and earn more money. Most channels rely on overnight infonercials for revenue.

By "quite a few years", was it since 2011? Because I had MTV Dance and Rocks UK via the MTV Unlimited service to Europe on ZON/NOS (they were since replaced by Czech-licensed European feeds in 2014) and they added infomercials on July 1st, 2011.

I have to admit, it's been a while since I read a really low-level, lazy clickbait article.

To my friends on the other side of the aisle: Aren't you tired of this? Do you think your cartoonishly ridiculous excuses for this crap sound remotely plausible to sane people? youtube Nickelodeon even uploaded sneak peek clip 6 min of upcoming episode of Young Dylan - The Gift Grift which was supposed to air last Thursday but was pulled at last notice

youtube Nickelodeon above banner STILL reads as That New Thursday Nights.. it may be a matter of time to remove that banner since there's no new episodes of Lay Lay and Dylan this time.
