Well I truly hope Viacom Russia will order a dub for Invader Zim series, since the movie is announced. Maybe it will make more sense for MTV or Paramount Comedy, but whatever. The show gained quite a cult following over here, with two types of fandubbed voiceovers.

Over here only Ren & Stimpy hasn't been dubbed AFAIK. (it was subtitled)

There's quite a list tbh. First of all, Doug. Neither Nick nor Disney versions were ever aired here.
There was a dark era of Nick in early-to-mid 00's when it transitioned from a fully localised network with localised graphics and some promos shot in/edited exclusively for Russian market, to a textless audio feed for a pan-European feed. Because of budget cuts, no new live-action or pre schools shows were premiering. And Invader Zim, ChalkZone and first 4 seasons of Fairly Odd-Parents were not shown (the later was partially aired by KidsCo, but still, no season 1 or 2). And I remember watching ChalkZone shorts as a part of Oh Yeah! Cartoons
Nick Russia was basically NickToons 04~08.
Oh, and The X's were never shown, for some reason, even though every other short-lived show from that era was eventually dubbed

I don't even know if Invader Zim aired in Portugal. It might have aired on SIC at one point but I'm not certain.

Two new promos on CEE, the first one is for the new Loud House episodes and it doesn't have the new endboard with the characters in a circle. Instead it has its own, like Henry Danger and Regal Academy have.
The second one is for the spring marathons that start this weekend and it uses the new endboard, unlike the TLH promo. Anyway, there will be marathons of SBSP, Alvin and the Chipmunks, FOP, TLH, NRDD and The Thundermans. So, I guess no Harvey Beaks.
Also, Big Time Rush returned....to B92 and it airs every weekday at 11:45 and on weekends at 06:45 and 11:45.

Kung-Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness airs on Georgia's* First Channel. The same channel airs Victorious on weekends.

I recently noticed that almost all morning/daytime programming on 2x2 cosists of heavy nicktoon marathoning: Spongebob, Pig Goat Banana Cricket, Sanjay and Craig, TMNT12, Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Legend of Korra, Kung Fu Panda and Penguins of Madagascar

Nick Iberia's Easter bug, premiered last week.

Nick UK's currently airing a mix of last years Easter bumpers (from the last set of graphics) and the current set of bumpers featuring Nick stars. Nick UK's Easter bug is a egg that rolls around the bottom of the screen every so often.

I'm surprised that Nick ES+PT is airing Easter (and non-Easter) bumpers with Harvey Beaks characters and designs and refuses to air the second season. This is said channel's equivalent of DC PT not airing the third season of Fish Hooks.

Poland's Videostar has added 11 Viacom channels to its offer: Nickelodeon, Nickelodeon HD, Nick Jr., MTV Polska HD, MTV Live HD, Viva VH1, and VH1 Classic, Comedy Central HD, Comedy Central Family, and Paramount Channel HD.

Now I'm in hopes that Nickelodeon will also launch on MEO, given the fact that MTV PT's HD feed launched there recently, as well as MTV Live (in HD). They better do that and posisbly bring Nick Jr., probably as an exclusive.

That happens to most channels actually. They say they're going to air something but someway, somehow they end up not airing it.

They did air both shows for a few months but then they removed both of them. Basically repeats from Channel 5.

So basically it was just a Viacom US act. Nothing special here.
