strange. There has been a Viacom office in Poland since 2000, but this program was made from Moscow and they have it in their archives
The primary target of ME TV was the CIS region. Considering that there was no need for a full-time Nickelodeon channel in Poland (when they made an ill-fated attempt to negotiate with Zone Vision's Fantastic) they decided to hire the Moscow team to dispatch segments for Poland. IIRC no footage of Fantastic exsists online so these segments are the closest there are available.

3:20 in the video is the Kazakh TV series Crossroads, that aired on Khabar and was ending (these are from 2000, the same year Crossroads ended). The presenters of the specific segment were actresses.

I noticed that all of this video was uploaded on November 15th. On this day, Nickelodeon CIS & Baltic (as it was called in those years) was launched. I wonder what purpose they needed the archives for.

Some programs have English subtitles. It was probably shown somewhere else

It appears that Nickelodeon UK has skipped a Pride Month-themed episode of Popularity Papers, it was scheduled to air today (and is still on various TV guides) but the episode after it aired instead. It's not the first time something like this has happened too. :/

What's more confusing is that the channel has previously aired segments dedicated to Pride Month and LGBTQ+ content, so I don't know when they decided to do a whole 180 on that.

Well, in case of Poland and some other CEE countries, the LGBT-themed content from Nickelodeon shows is moved to the sister channels, Nicktoons in case of animated, TeenNick/Nickelodeon Teen in case of live-action.

Nicktoons NL has once again split from Global to use the CEE schedule.

Things I noticed:
- The audio is in Mono only.
- One of the promos uses the wrong music, another one the Nickelodeon announcer.
- There aren't any ads (yet?), making the switch completely pointless.

Edit: Looks like Nickelodeon Austria and some of the other channels broadcasting the MTV EMAs will have audio tests this night.

Weird endboard... it kinda looks like it was taken from Nickelodeon Mexico (they use this purple time card a lot)

Edit: it's from Mexico indeed

Interesting how this promo airs, once again, on Nickelodeon Austria, which doesn't show Monster High due to Super RTL.

It gets even more interesting when we look at Nicktoons: The German audio track gets the promo in Estonian.

I think SkyShowtime does at least have uncensored LGBTQ content for all of its shows, even in CEE countries that get a censored version of Nickelodeon.

Can be blamed on the growing Muslim population in the UK

Nickelodeon dubbing is BOTCHED. They voiceover the Baltic tracks when I know NICKELODEON has the money to lipsync dub and the quality of the things they approve, like Kazakh SpongeBob, is atrocious.

I’m British and I really don't think they have enough influence in the media here for that to be the case. (I'm Jewish, we've gone through similar things.) Businesses don't take sides unless they can make a political statement for their publicity, and when the money stops rolling in, they quit, such as when Target in the US started pride lines then discontinued them.

How do I edit quotes onto another post btw?

As I already said, the LGBTQ themed episodes of animated shows are shown on Nicktoons Commercial PL, while in case of live-action, TeenNick Commercial / Nickelodeon Teen France does the same thing.

Okay, so SkyShowtime, Nicktoons Commercial Poland, TeenNick Commercial and Nickelodeon Teen France have uncensored LGBTQ content, while Nickelodeon CEE/Global and Nicktoons Global don't. Got it.

This of course was mentioned in the case of Romania/Bulgaria/Poland/Czech Republic/Hungary (in case of Nicktoons HD Commercial Poland / CEE) and Romania/Hungary/Poland in case of TeenNick Commercial (CEE) (but sometimes I see also Nickelodeon Teen logo on TeenNick), but you know what I mean.

Seems odd Nickelodeon promoting Friday night movies, and yet there seems to be movie spam this weekdays and no promotion for it, as well as movies on weekends.
Kinda realised that i've used the "profile post" section like a horrible Twitter/X user and not as a main user. I've been posting more boring content that it is not related to cartoons (since duh, this forum is mostly dedicated to cartoon fans)
For my apology, please accept a 55 min. complation of Gumball out of context.
@BlooMac got the silver Youtube logo (100K subs). Let's celebrate with his 1st video and a Summer 2005 ident.
Even though it's not summer, the latter fits the vibes of celebration.
I wish the Academy Awards went through with nominating Moana 2 just for the chance of it becoming the funniest Oscars win.
