There are no plans to bring Disney+ to Russia yet.

I've got word that Disney Channel has stopped airing Malay dubs for newer movie premieres like Coco and Incredibles 2 on the Malaysian feed. I wonder if this has something to do with Disney+ coming to Malaysia soon because the Indonesian feed discontinued the movie premiere slot around the same time Disney+ debuted.

Not surprising since they got rid of Disney Channel UK and the team associated with it. Closing the channels on 1st October meant they didn't have to bother with Halloween and Christmas branding, which is another theory why they closed the channels then, apart from the fact that's the possible date the carriage deals end.

Also, in other news, the 30% European Quotas will soon apply to streaming services, France will be the first to adopt the new rules, Disney (Plus) is also mentioned in the article. I think there are some minor exceptions depending on the nature of the streaming service and particular niches such as Crunchyroll, a lot of Japanese anime companies have their European division in France (this includes Crunchyroll), so it's actually in their best interest to make this an exception.
