Disney Channel has no Halloween bug. Ironically Disney Junior is applying the same Halloween bug as the USA, in yellow and green.

DC France continuity from March 2001, right after A Goofy Movie just before Honey, I Shrunk the Kids: The TV Show. Includes interstitials about the Imagination Station contest and various interesting websites.
This is a problem with French and Italian channels overall because it's an EXTREMELY competitive market for kids' TV (as I discussed with @Francisque so many times)…but they completely childified the branding in France, such as through the font (I don't think this is that bad because fonts in 1999 were not as localised as they are now and French has a billion diacritics, so they might have had to use an alternative) and just general vibe of things.

I'm not sure of anything, but I think it was more of an editorial choice?
An uglier editorial choice, definitely very ugly, especially foe the Wonderful World of Disney promos

I think that the original font had the possibility of having diacritics? It posed no problem for Germany, nor Italy, where's é, è, ó, ò are common

Child's play compared to the Spanish team trying to figure out what Portuguese diacritics are where.

I mean, it could be because the broadcast team at France thought that AdLib looked more legible for local viewers compared to FF Advert, which is the default font for the Circles graphics overall.

The French team is infamous for its graphics choices

Even during Bounce, partly (especially the huge ugly DOG); even the UK team, using inconsistently the "slim" version of the Bounce fonts, which in 2004 would become rarer but not completely replaced

This promo clearly comes from the Spanish team. Are they taking over the channel?

A few moments ago, changes occurred on the channel. The broadcast changed, the channel logo became bigger, and the voice over for the promos in Arabic and English changed.

This is an outrage! Where is the Spanish age rating icon? :p
Yes I checked, it's not the same
It has not merged with DC Spain, it's just managed by the Spanish team due to proximity
DC Spain is a FTA channel so it's not going to merge with other operations

Interesting development to see DC MENA split from EMEA, but well overdue

Greece, South Africa and the few Eastern European countries still get Disney Channel EMEA.

The Baltics are on the Eastern European countries. CEE has their own feeds (Poland, EE, and CE). South Africa (the country) didn’t switch yet. There is also ex-Yugoslavia and Cyprus, where the EMEA feed. Have both markets get switched?

Also, what about the rest of the Sub-Saharan region? One of the members here (from Republic of South Africa) said that there will be signal just for South Africa and one for the rest of countries.

At last, Disney Channel Middle East went back to pre-2005 (before merger) and has splitted from the EMEA feed.

I find it particularly interesting the Spanish team manages this channel, but at least it gives some character

Likely the UK team doesn't care anymore and the Spanish team has an experience in managing different linguistic feeds (DC Spain and Portugal)

That American announcer is not the best one, anyway

This feed should be for MENA alone, likely for censorship reasons too

I think the channels are operated from Madrid now, because of the following points:

1. Most of the channels have CNMC broadcast licences.

2. Disney Channel Spain was listed as the client for the Signature Strokes rebrand, and subsequent branding packages: Disney Channel EMEA Brand Identity

3. Disney Channel no longer has a dedicated office in the UK, but top EMEA networks management is still based at Queen Caroline Street

4. Spain, Portugal, Greece, Israel, Middle East & Africa has the same country manager, Simon Amselem, and is based at Disney's office in Madrid. https://www.linkedin.com/in/simon-amselem-b7b6722/?originalSubdomain=es

Also if you need Disney Channel press releases from South Africa, they can be found here: The Walt Disney Company Africa's Press office on Bizcommunity
