Jaclyn Smith is one of the two Charlie's Angels stars to appear in both the TV series and the films, with the other one being John Forsythe.

I just learned last Friday while watching a Ren And Stimpy Documentary (2020), that there was a animation strike (NOT DISNEY) in 1979 due to the overseas issues.

Hayden Christensen is the only actor to play both Anakin Skywalker and his villainous alter ego Darth Vader as originally, a stuntman was going to don his life support suit after he completes his transformation as Vader but Christensen (who grew up watching the original trilogy as a kid and always wanted to play Vader prior to being cast) convinced the crew to build the suit for him (he's 6', eight inches shorter than Vader's original suit actor David Prowse) and various camera tricks were used to make him appear to be the same size as Prowse, so when he showed up donning the suit, the crew cheered.

Before he played Superman, Henry Cavill auditioned for the role of James Bond in Casino Royale but was turned down as he considered too young to play him since he was 22 at the time of his audition.

Sean Connery and George Lazenby are the only brown-eyed James Bond actors, whereas their successors Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig have blue eyes.

at one time there a cinema that accidentally showed saw 3d instead of megamind
I remember there was a theater that showed The Hills Have Eyes 2 instead of The Last Mimzy. The former film has an opening scene involving a naked woman graphically birthing a mutant. Think of all those poor kids that got traumatized over that.

Also, TIL in the early 1900s Wagner von Jauregg treated syphilis patients with malaria (winning the Nobel Prize). The patients developed malaria, causing a severe fever and killed the syphilis bacteria. Then given the malaria drug quinine and cured. This was used until the development of penicillin

The DeLorean was not the original idea for the time travelling machine for Back to the Future. A fridge was originally considered for such but it was discarded out of fear that it would lead to children going inside their fridges.

The sub-only anime releases in North America are the invention of the 2010s.
Not all of Family Guy has aged well (and he knows this - hell, he's friends with the PTC president now) but I genuinely think Seth MacFarlane is a really good guy.

Imagine a broadcast TV network giving someone who worked at the Golden Age of Cartoon Network the opportunity to worked on a show, and doing 8 interviews, only to completely ghosted him for weeks for absolutely no reason.

Try to wrap your head around on that one, folks.

Seriously. Explain that to me, Memorable Entertainment Television? :/
Didn't notice that the site was back...

I'll start off by saying X-Men 97 has been a blast to watch. As someone who grew up exposed to the films and cameos on other shows, it was definitely a different treat seeing how both iterations of the franchise handle the characters and their world.
Professor X's speech in today's episode was powerful ... nuff said.
I've ground my wisdom tooth down overtime so that I can clench my jaw properly again. It's equal parts good and bad news.
