I like dogs too, but when you think about it, Chinese and Korean people eating dogs isn't different from Americans eating cow meat ("beef"), or Belgians eating horse meat.

EDIT:

“The children now love luxury; they have bad manners, contempt for authority; they show disrespect for elders and love chatter in place of exercise. Children are now tyrants, not the servants of their households. They no longer rise when elders enter the room. They contradict their parents, chatter before company, gobble up dainties at the table, cross their legs, and tyrannize their teachers.”

Socrates, 5th century BC.

There has always been this stupid idea that the current generation of children is horrendous :D

I learned that apparently Koreans start planning their futures at the age of one:
(For those who don't watch Stretch Armstrong, Nathan/"Wingspan" has a Korean VA, Steven Yeun of The Walking Dead and Voltron: Legendary Defender fame.)

The results of the elections in Brussels are quite surprising.

* Socialist party - 28.38%
* Green party - 16.81%
Liberal party - 13.87%
Communist party - 11.58% (what... :confused:)
Christian party - 9.29%
Francophone nationalists - 7.55%
Flemish nationalists - 3.7%
* "Change.Brussels" - 3.22%
Far-right Flemish nationalists - 1.61%
Islamic party - 1.6%
Nonsensical party - 0.87% ("We'll just pick a mayor at random like the lottery"!)
Far-right Francophone nationalists - 0.69%
Radical Islamic party - 0.55% :confused:
"Citoyen d'Europe" - 0.29%

*These three parties won. (together they have got 48.31% of the votes, the biggest party can always chose who they want to work together with)
