Good to hear we've finally got an announced date for the season premiere of The Aquabats Super Show!. On the down side, 1 in the afternoon is a really bad time to air premieres. Aquabats and Dan VS (whenever that returns) should be airing at night.

Glad to see Aquabats & Kaijudo come back, as for the new stuff, may check out Wizards VS Aliens, as the name just makes it sound like silly fun, and its BBC so might as well give it a chance.

Officially, I'm pretty sure they've always been "The Hub Network," but they'd just abbreviate to "the Hub" in marketing and PR materials sometimes.

And I have to admit SheZow! sounds like it could be good, goofy fun. I would also not read much into any single missing show like Transformers Prime, since the focus seems to be on June premieres. Just means there aren't any new episodes in June.

No love at all for Pound Puppies? Really? Have a heart. :(

Incidentally, I don't care what anyone out there says, Pound Puppies IS a good show. Its got great characters, a great cast, and its also funny with sweet storylines. I will always stand by that.

I have had the opportunity to see a few epsides of SheZow, and yes, it is a fun, goofy show. The perfect kind of show for the The Hub.

This is pretty much the new logo for The Hub anytime soon.. So, it's a possibility that it will be out til either June 1st for the official rebrand of The Hub.

Assuming it is a rebrand. For all we know, it may be (and at least at this point, most likely is) that they're just using a slightly different logo, and that the network's overall look and feel won't change. In any case, I'm kind of hoping there won't be a rebrand at this time...

I'm really looking forward to more Aquabats. However, I found this on the Wikipedia entry on the show:

On December 2, 2012, series co-creator Jason deVilliers revealed on his Twitter that the upcoming season would consist of only five new episodes, in what he called more "season 1.5" than a "season 2". On May 1, 2013, it was announced through Entertainment Weekly that the series' second season would begin airing on June 1.[

I hope this means that we're getting a "Season 1.5" and then a Season 2 and not that the Season 2 order was cut to 5 episodes (since that's not a good sign). Anyone heard any news about this?

Aquabats, IMPO, is a throwback to the cheesy live-action shows of the 70's on SatAM, and has been repurp'ed in early evenings in the past. It wasn't that long ago that Hub ran Aquabats in back of Batman reruns (the live-action series, that is) on Monday nights, and I wish they stuck with that, to be honest. That said, it's great that it was renewed, since it's something parents and kids can watch together.

She-Zow? I will have to give that a look. I just don't know.

SheZow had a bit of a buzz on TV Tropes after it first aired in Australia. I agree that it should be a good fit, so long as the moral guardians don't get up in arms over it.

Also, "Aquabats" sounds like it should be about an underwater creature that looks like a bat. I'd say bat-otter, but I make enough Juniper Lee references as it is. :D

I kinda think the reason The Hub picked-up SheZow is BECAUSE of the controversy it may cause

there's no such thing as bad publicity
