That wasn't a teaser, and I don't think it is a video affiliated with Nick or the HA production crew.

Could be a floating timeline, like in most cartoon shows.

It's not. Craig's said this takes place around the time when the characters are about to graduate from the 5th grade and some people have tried to do a timeline of events that occur within the first 5 or so seasons based off some hints (the go-kart being mentioned in Helga Blabs it All -> Grand Prix for example)

Also while that coloring for the animation rough from Craig's Instagram is pretty impressive, save for Phoebe being blocked by Helga's pigtail when it's clear she's in the foreground...nice try Man Cartman.

Just a rumor. I doubt that's too far off from the actual airdate, but that's Thanksgiving Day, so I doubt it will actually air then.

Animation rough is definitely hinting at the classic "Arnold and Helga colliding with each other" running gag coming up again.

BuzzFeed has a first look (no clips, but there are a few new images and a video narrated by Craig). They it also premieres November 23. I honestly never expected that to actually be the premiere date.

They'll likely stick it up on iTunes too, and hopefully there's a disc release because I remember hearing Craig was pushing for one.
