I've wanted to do this for a while...

Anyway, this thread is to cast your favorite animes with a dub studio. The show could be unlicensed or it could be licensed but, you don't like the current dub cast. Since it's fantasy, you can switch VA's between different studios. You can do this many times, BTW. Here's mine:

Ranma 1/2(FUNimation Studios):

Boy-type Ranma - Vic Mignogna(or Eric Vale, Justin Cook, and Johnny Yong Bosch)

Girl-type Ranma - Lisa Ortiz(or Luci Christian)

Genma Saotome - Brice Armstrong

Soun Tendo - Chris Sabat

Akane Tendo - Laura Bailey

Nabiki Tendo - Parisa Fakhri

Kasumi Tendo - Daphne Gere

Happosai - Mike McFarland

Ryoga Hibiki - Jerry Jewell(or Kyle Hebert)

Mousse - Jason Librecht(or Justin Cook)

Shampoo - Monica Rial

Cologne - Linda Chambers Young

Dr. Tofu - John Burgmeier

Takewaki Kuno - Sean Schemmel

Kodachi Kuno - Meredith McCoy

Principal Kuno - Scott McNeil

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Death Note: LA pool

Light Yagami: Steve Staley
L: Liam O'Brien
Ryūk: Steve Blum
Rem: Mary Elizabeth Mc-Glynn (did I botch her name??)
Misa: Colleen O' (it's a hard name to remember, so sue me!)/Kate Higgins
Mr. Yagami: ?
Sayu: Kate Higgins or Michelle Ruff

One Piece: LA pool

Captain Monkey D. Luffy: Steve Staley (I'm matching voice to face here, so gimmie a break! [Guess the pun/referance])
First Mate Roronoa Zoro: Either Marc Diraison or Crispin Freeman
Navigator Nami: Kate Higgins (Obviously, the LA pool is in need of some more outstanding actresses)
Liar/Sniper Usopp: Now this is a hard one, but I think I can agree with Sketch on this one, Jason Spisak.
Chef/Skirt-Chaser Sanji: David Moo or...you know what, I don't know, I just don't know...
Doctor Tony Tony Chopper: Keep Liza Ortiz, or give us...Jeff Nimoy!! That is, if he could take the role seriously, I'd like to see how he would do Chopper. If not Nimoy, then how about some unknown fifteen year old kid.
Archiologist (spell?) Nico Robin: Keep Veronica, if she'll move to LA, or then give this one to Wendee Lee.
Captain Smoker: Steve Blum
Sir Crocodile: Let's see if Crispin Freeman can get his inner...whatchamacallit on.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters: FUNi/Texas pool

Yūgi Mūtô: Dan Green, as long as he did it less squeaky.
Pharaoh Atem: Dan Green, as long as he would move to Texas.
Katsuya Jônôchi: If Wayne Grayson dropped the accent, then hire him back.
Seto Kaiba: Chris Sabat!!
Hiroto Honda: Hire back Frank
Anzu Masaki: Laura Bailey
Pegasus J. Crawford: Hire back Darren
Haga: Hire back Jimmy Zoppi
Ryūzaki: Sam Regal
Mai Kujaku: Megan Hollingshead

Jeeze, most of 'em are from the NY cast. >.>

YES. He would be perfect!

I really stink at coming up with fantasy casts and I only came up with one ever that I was actually kind of happy with so I went back and dug it up.

Oh my word yes. That'd be FANTASTIC.

One problemo though. Merideth moved to LA. But I think a good substitue would be Colleen Clinkenbeard. And I'd rather have Katlin Glass for Lettuce. Other than that, that's just plain awesome.

Ya know Brent... sometimes I don't like you. :anime:

The latest I've seen of Meredith is in a live action movie I believe it was "The Ringer". She was the friend of some girl which Johnny Knoxville's character lives next to and trys to hit on in some scene. Later when they see him win the Special Olympics and you can see Meridth for a moment and her name wa in the credits. She hasn't been in a FUNimation dub in a while has she?

Willingham moved to LA as well? Well dang man... who else than Sabat do they have that can do deep manly voices now?

She's listed as the Maria Ross character in the FMA movie

I still like Ocean's dub, but:

Inuyasha(FUNimation Studios):

Inuyasha - Justin Cook

Kagome - Colleen Clinkinbeard

Miroku - Eric Vale

Sango - Catlin Glass

Koga - Chris Sabat

Shippo - Monica Rial

Naraku - Travis Willingham

Sketch, you should do an LA Inuyasha cast. And maybe a Ranma one. =)

She's continued to play Fujiko in all of FUNimation's Lupin the 3rd dubs with the latest one being released this past March. She also reprised the role of 18 in the recent Super Dragon Ball Z game.

She's not getting as many leads as she used to, but she's kept it up, though tt wouldn't surpise me if we saw (or should I say heard) less and less of her as time went by.

I really like her voice so that would suck

This cast is made of untold amounts of AWESOME AND WIN and Skip as Franky is just *passes out from the awesome*

The Eyeshield one ain't too shabby either. Though the thought of Marshal as Sena leaves me queezey.

McCoy is still in Texas then. Good to hear.
