I was thinking NBCUniversal acquire the old PDI campus in Redwood City, and convert it into the West Coast HQ for NBC Sports.

I figured The Mighty Ones was cancelled based on this tweet from series co-creator Sunil Hall. I guess not since new episodes return September 1.

1. New episodes of Gabby's Dollhouse return on November 1.

2. Abominable And The Invisible City comes out October 5 on Hulu and Peacock. Stephanie Sheh is the voice director.

So I want to give some thoughts when it comes to where DreamWorks shows will be released nowadays even if I'm not really an expert on everything going on. There are exceptions, but it seems like the idea is to have movie based shows on Peacock (and be extension also Hulu) while non movie based shows (whether based on another IP or is something else entirely) will be on other streaming services.

Peacock/Hulu: It seems like movie based shows will primarily be on Peacock and Hulu. This can be seen with the 2 longest running Dreamworks shows on the services, Madagascar: A Little Wild and Trolls: Trollstopia. Both started in the fall of 2020 and finished in the summer of 2022 (September 2020-June 2022 and November 2020-August 2022), both with 52 episodes. Shows that are either currently airing/upcoming include The Croods: Family Tree, Dragons: The Nine Realms, and the TV shows based on Megamind and Abominable. There are some DreamWorks shows on here that aren't movie based, but still have a catch to them. There's Where's Waldo (2019), based on an educational game and show, where season 1 premiered on Universal Kids, and season 2 came out on Peacock, and ran for 40 episodes altogether. There's Cleopatra In Space, which came out in other countries since November 2019, and didn't come to Peacock and Hulu until July 2020 and July 2021 respectively. It only ran for 26 episodes despite the ending setting up season 2. Shows like Archibald's Next Big Thing and Dragons Rescue Riders started out on Netflix before later moving to Peacock, but the original 26 episodes of both shows (as well as 3 specials for the latter) are still on Netflix. The Mighty Ones is the odd one out, not being based on any established property. It was originally thought that the show was cancelled after 20 episodes, but over a year later, new episodes came out on Peacock 2 weeks ago. Nothing has been said about this show since the people working on it moved over to other projects.

Netflix And Other Streaming Services: Now when it comes to Netflix, there was that deal made about a decade ago where it was said that the streamer would be the home for DreamWorks shows in the long term. In the beginning, it was mostly movie based shows that would be on the streamer, and many of them would get about 39-78 episodes. We saw a bit of a shift later in the 2010s, where there would be DreamWorks shows that weren't based on movies. Shows like Trollhunters and Harvey Girls Forever were both based on some kind of book (children's book and comic strip respectively), with the former spanning an entire trilogy of shows with 88 episodes and a movie, and the latter ended after 52 episodes. The most recent movie based shows on Netflix are Fast And Furious Spy Racers, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, and Kung Fu Panda The Dragon Knight, the former two which are based on non-Dreamworks movies. We saw another shift where, other than the aforementioned Kung Fu Panda show, a lot of the recent and upcoming DreamWorks shows have been preschool shows like Gabby's Dollhouse, Go Dog Go, Team Zenko Go, and the upcoming shows Now I'm A Narwhal and Dew Drop Diaries. When it comes to other streaming services, DreamWorks hasn't really made a lot of shows for them. The 2 shows that came out on Amazon Prime Video (The Adventures Of Rocky And Bullwinkle and Kung Fu Panda The Paws Of Destiny) both started in 2018 and ended in 2019, lasting 8 months each. Currently, there's also 2 shows on Apple TV (Doug Unplugs and Pinecone And Pony, both based on books), but their fates are currently unknown (supervising director Michael Goguen left the former to work on the new Kung Fu Panda show, and story editor Taneka Stotts left the latter to work on a different show from Apple TV).

These are just some thoughts I wanted to get out. What do you think?

Ben Siemon, one of the writers for the 2018 Rocky And Bullwinkle show, said how Leslie Jordan was originally cast as a villain with a southern accent. Apparently, one of the new showrunners thought he was too low energy and had him recast, unlike how the previous showrunner thought he was great.

Tucker Chandler & Amir O'Neill were given separate nominations for their performances as Alex and Marty from Madagascar A Little Wild for the Children's Emmys.

Hopefully a TV show, but I think they should do a prequel movie showing how the main characters met and became criminals.

I feel like my doom and gloom is got the best of out of me. I'm worried for Disney and Warner Bros, but I need to get rid of this doom and gloom habit. And I don't want my newborn niece to see me like that.
Hey, internet.

Santa CLAUS (no 'e') is the name of the guy.
The Santa CLAUSE (with an 'e') is the name of the movie. It's a play on words. Literacy is cool.
Thought you all should know - Rick and Morty turned 10 today.
Tomorrow (Sunday) Freeform airs Rudolph and Frosty from 7:10pm ET, Freeform has the better cut version of Rudolph versus CBS. This also means Freeform is airing Frosty before CBS did. Can't stream it on a live-TV thing same reason as CBS : rights issues. Monday Santa Claus is Comin' to Town, Freeform's airings of that is better than ABC's since they don't edit things out of it. streams live, VOD on Peacock too.
PLEASE STAY TUNED!
