Brian Bendis was at Marvel when they decided Peter Parker would go public with his ID as Spider-Man. Even thought that was eventually reversed, it stuck with Bendis, and when he landed at DC, given the opportunity to put his stamp on Superman, he decided to take that same risk.

Do I agree with this move? Nope. It's a cash grab, a sales stunt. It'll be reversed the next time they do a Crisis level event.

You can see why I don't like what Bendis is currently doing in his runs on Superman, Action Comics, Young Justice and Legion of Superheroes.

And of those four, the only one I'm reading is Young Justice, especially now that they're bringing in the rest of the Wonder Comics roster (Wonder Twins included).

I think it depends on the character. I mean, Captain America’s gone without a secret identity for the entire time I’ve followed him.

I don’t think Jem really benefits all that much from having a secret identity.

It took me all day and most of the month, but I finally got my 2 laptops upgraded (SSD, new RAM, replaced any and all broken parts, full cleanup of useless programs and salvaging useful ones). It was rough work, but I enjoyed every minute of it!

Someday, I'm gonna do this for a living, honestly.
