At least there's now a confirmed airdate. Imagine if this was put onto the Cartoon Network app on Christmas Day. Now that would be a gift.

On another note, with this season finale, the show will have taken 1 year and 9 and a half months (almost 10 months) to air season 1.

Man, that's what I call spacing a season out .

Imagine if season 2 went in the opposite direction and burned off many episodes in quick, short bursts.

Idk, the past 2 months, I don't think they haven't put any show's new episodes on the app ahead of airing. Which was kinda the point of the app.

Ideally, but you know... not gonna happen.

The episodes not being released first on the app is even weirder this time since I think the press release for December actually mentioned they would debut there before the TV airings.

As for season 2, I guess it depends on how many episodes are complete and ready to air. They could probably have another one of those week of premieres but I doubt they would run through all of them as fast as they can.

During the big Warner Media meeting today, there was a sizzle reel. Some brief clips from season 2 are shown.
Looks like Babs goes for the classic Batgirl look to emulate Batman more...until she's disillusioned because Batman doesn't care about her and needs comfort from the girls :(.

On the plus side, obvious B:TAS homage is obvious :p.

Could have sworn that shot was from season 1, #FromBatToWorse. EDIT: Nah, just a similar shot to one in the flashback in the beginning.

Looks like all 3 clips were from the same Batgirl meets Batman episode that was teased at FanDome. Wonder if it's the season 2 premiere.

EDIT: Faust said she was in early talks about the video game and designed a game-exclusive villain. Maybe that guy in the blue knight armor at 1:09 mark?

EDIT2: Also a "cameo" in the DC Flash Facts book.

It looks like a new book is coming September 7.

Katana on the cover! Sounds like we'll be seeing Cheetah too :).

Seriously though, Cheetah had one big episode and then they've basically done nothing with her outside some shorts .

Change of plans, no concert for me tonight! Instead, if everything goes according to plan, I will instead be seeing Chris Barron (of Spin Doctors) in May.
