Please let this be true because we never saw Carol with said persona in live-action adaptations before such as the 2011 Green Lantern film (as played by Blake Lively) and the pre-Gunn DCEU continuity (as played by Christina Wren).

11/22: He has been trying to get this movie made since at least October 2022. That sort fits the production timeline.

For Kravitz, she's been working on completing a passion project she started in 2017 and is filming a movie right now so in theory if the idea was floated in the office, she was legitimately too busy to consider it. So who knows, it could be on the backburner.
