Just like how the Hyrule History and Arts & Artifacts book got special editions, the same will be the case for this book. It will be designed to look like the original gold Legend of Zelda cartridge, and even come in a sleeve like the ones for the NES cartridges. It'll also come with an "instruction booklet" that looks like it might include special content. I was fine with getting the regular editions of the first two books, but now I think I want to get this one to see what that's all about.

I'm honestly glad the special edition don't usually have anything more than the regular ones do besides the cover; I personally love the uniformity of the regular editions' covers. Unless that Encyclopedia booklet has anything that stands out (which I doubt), I'm fine getting the regular version.

I'm not sure how informative the encyclopedia will be though my guess is that'll just explain characters, items, terminology in the most basic terms. Still, that's not always a bad thing and it'll be nice just having a big, fat Zelda tome. Can't wait for its arrival.

I preordered the regular one, though I'm skeptical because I heard that it says
Termina and all the things Link did in it are supposedly all just a creation/apparition of the Skull Kid's like Koholint was in Link's Awakening
. I'm hoping that was just a bad fan translation. Even if it's true I'll probably just ignore it like I ignore a few stupid changes over the years.

At first, I thought Brian Hohlfeld working on many shows Nicole Dubuc worked on was just a coincidence . It turns out they're married. I previously thought the Paul Dini / Misty Lee marriage had the largest age gap (he was born in 1957 while she was born in 1976), but this is the one that's larger (he was born in 1957 while she was born in 1978, making 21 years). I'm not complaining, but this is surprising.
Into the Spider-Verse is definitely one of the better animated films I've seen this year. I really enjoyed its comicbooky art style and animation. I wouldn't mind a sequel.
