Wouldn't it be easier to do monthly highlights? As well as more informative because I'm pretty sure all of the above is available on any old TV guide.

It would be easier to do that, but that hasn't been done in months. Why is that?

I remember reading CN doesn't send the schedules here anymore for some reason :(. If their Turnerinfo.com is anything like the European one, you should be able to get the schedules months in advance. I can't see a link for them there, but perhaps if you register (someone with some creds I mean).

Because CN needs more time to make up thier minds now. Usually, your getting schedules at the most 2 weeks in advance.

"Wouldn't it be easier to do monthly highlights?"

If what you meant is you me to use one thread per-month for highlights, updating week to week - than yes. If not, I do not have schedule info 2 weeks and on.

"As well as more informative..."

Explain specifics - what do you mean by "more informative". I thought that what I posted was as informative as it got!

"...because I'm pretty sure all of the above is available on any old TV guide."

Yes, but this way, it's more organized and put together. You get a full weeks worth of movies and new episodes (plus the dates and what time to catch them), schedule changes, stunts, PLUS the whole week schedule from CN all in one thread. Not everyone gets TV Guide.

For a full schedule lsiting, I thought it would be nice to have each week's schedule on record, so that in the future, you can look back and actually se what show used to be on what time. Every now and then, I come across people on the board wondering what timeslot used to be taken up by what. The full schedule lisitng would come in handy.

I believe Cartoonnetwork.com offers a weekly schedule already :). Most of the time all the stuff that's worth watching (most premieres) happen in the same block as well (Fridays) which they advertise the highlights for and provide video clips on the website as well. CN's premiere highlights are also already added in the Schedules section of Toonzone for up to a month in advance. There are also discussion threads for all major highlights ;). Just my thoughts though. Personally I don't see how this thread is all that necessary. Sorry
