For Kim Possible, I'd have a prequel series expanding upon Kim's early missions that was briefly seen in the second part of A Sitch in Time.

I would've left Goh out of it, & created a separate series about Pokémon GO, where people discover these strange creatures in the real world.

For Sonic Underground, I'd have it resolve the cliffhanger ending of the SatAM series as well as a TV film concluding the series along with Jennifer Hale voicing Sonia instead of Jaleel White.
