Looks pretty light for right now. Do you think Batwheels will have its linear cable premiere later on?

It looks that way. The schedule for that week are all reruns. It appears they switched the premiere order with the last batch of episodes of season 1, Max first then TV. That last batch streamed September 16 then premiered on CN the week of November 6. If they follow that, we may not see season 2 on TV until early March. But we'll see, nothing formally announced about the TV premiere yet.
