For Teen Titans Go!, there is one for April 10 at 7 PM EST titled "Egg Hunt" - it was in an April article from ComicBook. Not sure if there's other info in it.

I know sites are listing Teen Titans Roar! as 614 but it's really 552, as in the season 5 finale. They held back airing it until Thundercats Roar started out on the network.

Transformers: Cyberverse's "The End of the Universe" is a 4-part episode according to wikipedia.

Also, according to eclipsemagazine, 20 new episodes of Craig of the Creek will be airing, so the the show is confirmed to air new episodes not just in April, but in May and June as well. Victor and Valentino and Total DramaRama will probably get the same treatment. Maybe even Thundercats Roar too.
