Okay, so...you know how Inuyasha was only a HALF-demon?

And how there was a time every month, on the night of the new moon, where his demon powers fizzle out and he becomes fully human?

Turns out it's a thing here too.

And, as is always the case with these things, it's at the worst possible time.

Previously on Yashahime: When is Moroha going to do something?

Should they really be called the Four Perils since there's only two of them now?

Kirara? Kilala? Again, getting mixed messages here.

Last time: Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water...

"Former sage who devours nutrients from trees"? Strange name for a quirk.

Racist much?

"I have taken more than enough nutrients from the mountains and trees."
Okay, we get it. You take nutrients from trees.

Can't pin this one on climate change.

Isn't it weird how the three of you end up fighting the same demon?

Man, the grandpa from Kekkaishi got even uglier.

Darn demons. Able to survive with just their heads.

"Uh...your friend's hair just turned black, btw."

Look up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! No, it's a giant flying demon head!

Myoga. The flea demon with the power to appear from absolutely friggin' nowhere.

I mean...the moon is still there. You just can't see it.

Did someone call for Myoga the Exposition Flea?

No moon means she turns into a human. Like a reverse werewolf.

I was curious bout Setsuna.

Getting warmer. Hot. Boiling hot. Volcanic. Getting cold. Colder. Even colder. Dude, you're arctic now.

Petrification. They're gonna need a gold needle.

Oh. I guess it was just a coating?

"Sorry, but the moon that was not there is still not there, but it's day now. So my powers are back!"

WOULD YOU SHUT UP ABOUT YOUR STUPID NUTRIENTS

Conveniently-timed recharge.

"How could I be defeated by mere half-demons!"
Somehow this is all Yoshimori's fault!

Now he starts drawing up plans to blow up the moon.

I forgot to watch this episode last week. I thought that it was pretty good. Since this was the first time Towa had to deal with whole changing into a human, I guess this means that she's been in the ancient past for roughly a month. It is kind of weird that she didn't experience this in the present time when I assume that it's still the same moon.

I liked how Moroha was concerned for Towa and took action to protect her. Even Setsuna was much more noticeably concerned for her friends, which shows how well they've gotten along after all this time. The action was pretty good. I thought that Towa would find a way to fight as a human, but that might have been a bit too much when she was much more weak and experiencing something she didn't understand. Moroha's plan to get infinite bounty had a lot of holes in it, mainly that the demon would never agree to do it, but it was a funny note to end the episode on. Overall, it was a pretty good episode.
