Characters
Josuke Higashikata
Voiced by: Billy Kametz
Stand: Shining Diamond (JP: Crazy Diamond)
Ability: Strength, Speed, Precision, and Restoration
Stats: Destructive Power - A / Speed - A / Range - D / Durability - B / Precision - B / Developmental Potential - C
Namesake: “Shine on You Crazy Diamond” (Pink Floyd song)
Josuke is a high school student in the small Japanese town of Morioh, a kind teenager towards those he cares about and a badass toward those who get him angry (especially when insulting his hair). The son of Joseph Joestar from an affair, Josuke was tracked down by Jotaro to inform him of being included in Joseph’s will, but is about to be caught up in the family business of dealing with bizarre threats. Josuke’s Stand, Crazy Diamond, fits his personality to a T, being a destructive force similar to Star Platinum, but also capable of compassion by healing as well. However, it cannot heal Josuke, cannot revive the dead or heal illness. Also, if Josuke tries to “fix” something while upset, it may come out looking a bit weird.
Jotaro Kujo
Voiced by: Matthew Mercer
Stand: Star Platinum The World
Abilities: Strength, Speed, Precision, and Time Stop
Stats: Destructive Power - A / Speed - A / Range - C / Durability - A / Precision - A / Developmental Potential - A
Namesakes: The Star and The World (tarot cards)
The previous JoJo, Jotaro Kujo was a high school student when his grandfather Joseph took him on a global trek from Japan to Egypt in order to take down the vampire DIO, who had been a plague on his family’s bloodline for over a century. On the journey, he came to learn and master his Stand, Star Platinum, eventually gaining the same time-stopping abilities as DIO’s own Stand, The World, which he used to put an end to the demon once and for all. Now, a decade later, Jotaro is a marine biologist, and was helping his grandfather put together his will, when something odd came up which brings him to the small Japanese town of Morioh. Jotaro’s Stand, Star Platinum, has amazing strength, speed, and precision, which on its own makes it one of the most powerful Stands around. On top of this, with its added ability The World, which Jotaro learned during his fight with DIO, he can stop time for a second.
Koichi Hirose
Voiced by: Zach Aguilar
Stand: Reverb (JP: Echoes)
Ability: Sound Generation and Sound Effect
Stats: Destructive Power - E (ACT 1) C (ACT 2) / Speed - E (ACT 1) D (ACT 2) / Range - B / Durability - B / Precision - C / Developmental Potential - A
Namesake: The Hirose River (a river in Sendai, Hirohiko Araki’s hometown and the real life basis for Morioh) / Echoes (song by Pink Floyd)
A classmate of Josuke, Koichi is friendly and courageous, polite towards others, and possesses a gentle heart. He was initially meek and shy, but being around Josuke has helped him open up as a person. His Stand, Reverb, has the ability to physically generate words and sound effects that it can attach to people and objects, either creating an effect related to the sound effect or, in the case of words, being able to influence the thoughts of others. Unique among Stands, Reverb has two different “Acts”, a weaker form and a stronger one.
Okuyasu Nijimura
Voiced by: Jalen K. Cassell
Stand: The Hand
Ability: Elimination
Stats: Destructive Power - B / Speed - B / Range - D / Durability - C / Precision - C / Developmental Potential - C
Namesake: The Band (band)
Okuyasu Nijimura met Josuke under rocky circumstances involving his brother Keicho, but they’re becoming fast friends. He’s not too smart, but has a strong heart. His Stand, The Hand, is an extremely dangerous one capable of erasing space with its hand and closing the gap between, with its user having no knowledge where the erased material goes. While this Stand seems overpowered, it’s balanced out by the fact that Okuyasu is an idiot.

A student at Budo-Ga Oka High, Yukako is the sort to fall in love and be incredibly possessive over her target of affection. Incredibly, frighteningly, possessive. On the surface, she appears as a sweet and caring individual, but if you reject her advances or if she thinks you’re getting in the way between her and true love, she becomes psychotic. What she finds most attractive is potential, which led her to develop an obsession with Koichi, one that eventually lead her to trapping him inside a house on the edge of town when she thought he was possibly squandering his potential. Koichi managed to stand up to her and defeat her, but this has only made Yukako’s love for him stronger. Yukako’s Stand, “Love Deluxe”, is bound to her hair and can manipulate it in several ways, including using it as rope or attaching it to the scalp of others to restrict them.

Chapters adapted: 303-307
Previously on JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure:
Josuke and Okuyasu are investigating Koichi's disappearance and Josuke reasons Yukako has kidnapped him and that they need to hurry before it becomes a life and death situation for Koichi. Meanwhile, Koichi cannot open the lock to the bathroom, causing him to wet himself. Ashamed, he tries to dissuade Yukako from liking him but it fails as she still sees something shining within him and even says she is happy to do his laundry. She shows him the electric chair she is building for his dinner study time, causing him to worry about what will become of him.
After building an electric chair for Koichi's dinner study time, Yukako let to get some olive oil, leaving Koichi enough time to get Reverb over to a nearby pay phone. However, Yukako showed back up, and went to disconnect the pay phone. However, Reverb put the sound of Josuke's phone number on her arm, calling the pay phone to call him long enough to hear the sound of waves crashing against the cliff. It was then that Yukako realized that Koichi has a Stand, and attempted to convince Koichi it was all the more reason they should be together. He attempted to put the sound of "I HATE YOU" all over her body to persuade her to stop, but she proved too stubborn to be affected.
She then tried to open the door, but was shocked by the door knob, which was rigged with the electric chair. Angry at this act of defiance, Yukako manipulated the hair she implanted in Koichi's scalp to thrust him against the door to open it. She used her Stand to surround the house in hair and prepared to attack. However, due to the stress, Koichi's Stand "died". Koichi mourned for Reverb, as he believed he pushed his Stand too hard and killed it. But as it turned out, Reverb didn't die, but evolved into Reverb ACT2, and Yukako was suddenly blown away from the door. Koichi noticed sound effects on the door and realized he was hoping for her to be blown away; since the door had the words "blown away" on it, she flew. Koichi cut his hair to remove the strands of Yukako's hair, as Yukako continued to try to attack him. Resting her hands on the stair rail, she was burned by the word "sizzle".
Yukako became even more enraged and threatened to kill Koichi if he didn't say "I love you" to her. He refused and once more pronounced his hatred of her. She used her hair to grab onto Koichi, only to realize he implanted words on himself, causing Yukako to once more fly away. The stress of the battle caused her hair to turn white and Koichi approached her to make sure she was alive. While he was relieved she didn't die, Yukako awakened and captured Koichi's Stand, threatening to tear it apart since she could't touch Koichi herself, slicing part of Reverb's tail and throwing it in the ocean. However, Koichi warned her the ground is unstable as Reverb not only heard Yukako's heartbeat as he approached her to ensure she was alive, but also heard the ground giving out.
Yukako and Echoes fell and as she was about to be pierced by a rock, Yukako bounced safely to the surface. She realized that as she was trying to kill him, Koichi had already come up with a plan to ensure she would be saved and implanted the "Boing" sound when she tore off part of Echoes tail and threw it near the rock. Koichi mentioned how she didn't listen to him and left while Yukako realized she lost from the beginning, but was even happier than before as she loves him more than ever and doesn't care if he doesn't notice her, as she is happy just thinking of him. Josuke and Okuyasu caught up to him after his fight and ensured he was okay. They also noticed Yukako with her white hair and that she was smiling while looking in their direction, causing them to panic and try to leave. Meanwhile, some fishermen who saw Yukako fall and bounce right back up named the area "Boing-Boing Cape", with a rumor going around that a girl who tried to commit suicide was bounced right back up and became a popular fisherman spot. Some time later, Koichi was given another English note, having this time scored a perfect grade, yet he got a feeling so complicated.
