Last Time: Finral encounters his younger brother, Langris. Langris mocks his brother, who gets defended by Asta. After some bickering, Langris is about to defeat Yagos when Asta butts in, and with some help, defeats Yagos himself. Meanwhile, Vangeance agrees to remove his mask for Yami, showing off a large birthmark on his head. He explains that he was born illegitimately, and was mistreated by his royal family. Eventually, he met Julius, who was the one person to treat him with kindness. Yami accepts his story.

This Time: Yami takes Asta to a local healer, who delivers some bad news...

That was heartwarming to see the Bulls rally to find a way to heal Asta's arms from the hex. And even that mirror guy prioritized that over Marie, dang, this is serious. So I guess Vanessa having a flash of her backstory during the battle wasn't for nothing, she's going back to that coven for help.

Yes, seeing the cast care for each other rather than fight was heartwarming.

Clover's friendship aspect is sweet...when the characters aren't bickering and screaming. It's a nice change of pace.
