I think Thousand Year Blood War season one already helped with recovering Pierrot's reputation. Them trying to compete with MAPPA and Ufotable seems exciting as those two studios really raised the bar for action anime. A Black Clover continuation with Ufotable/MAPPA quality animation would be something really hyped.

"Studio Pierrot To Create New Studio: Next “Bleach” Season Will Be Their First Title"

bleach-thousand-year-anime.webp

"Studio Pierrot is mainly known for producing long-running battle shonen series with hundreds of episodes without season breaks. They have produced such beloved titles as Yu Yu Hakusho, Naruto, Bleach, and Black Clover. While most anime studios have abandoned this model, Pierrot has been one of the last holdouts. That was until the recent Bleach seasons which switched to a seasonal model and had drastically more detailed animation style. The latest upcoming season of Bleach, Bleach: The Thousand Year Blood War Part 3: The Clonfict will see yet another change as Studio Pierrot is going to create a new studio work on the series.

The new studio, Pierrot Films, aims to in their word create “extremally high quality anime.” Ufotable and MAPPA have been the most popular studios for battle shonen as of late, and it seems like Pierrot is wanting to compete with these heavy-hitting studios.

In other news, Pierrot has said that they plan on producing more seasonal titles, without specifying which ones specifically. Lots of fans are hoping for a seasonal version of Black Clover or Boruto with Ufotable or MAPPA quality animation, but there has been no confirmation that this is the official plan. The only title we know for sure Pierrot Films will work on is the upcoming Bleach season. The exact release date for the new Bleach season is unknown as all we do know is that it was slated for 2024. A promotional video was released in December 2023, but is has not been confirmed if Pierrot Films worked on this promo film or this is what the final product would look like. Here is that promo for those who missed it:"

Getting the big two boys for the panel makes a lot of sense :).

"“Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War” English Dub Finally Releasing This Saturday"

"It’s been a much longer wait than usual, but the English dub for Bleach will finally release this Saturday on Hulu at 9:30 Eastern time. For the previous cour, the dub was only behind four episodes, but so far seven subtitled episodes have come out without a dub. At least, that is true in the US. In jolly old England and a few other countries, the dub has already released on international versions of Disney Plus. This is not the first time that the US has gotten a dub later than the rest of the Anglosphere as Suicide Squad Isekai released a week earlier in international markets before coming to Hulu a week later.

The good news is for US fans, despite having to wait an extra week, is that the dub will be a triple episode premiere, so three times the Bleach action this Saturday. Next February, Hulu will debut the Spanish dub in the US, which is an even longer wait for the 52 million Spanish speakers who live there."

wow, only a couple weeks until Christmas already. this year has gone by so fast.
My Spanish final grade is being calculated RN. Keep in mind, most of my tests I didn't do good on. One test I got a 49, and on the latest test the score hasn't come in yet so it's in the placeholder grade of a 0, and right now that zero currently counts towards the calculations.

All that said, my current grade- zero test included- is a 90.41%. An A.

Well, I still would like to see Netflix do more with the "three episodes per week" format after Arcane. The final arc of The Dragon Prince could ultilise this, should it be greenlit after the upcoming release of Book Seven: Dark in eight days' time.
