Disney Channel recently premiered a new animated series called Best Bugs Forever in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It will soon premiere in Belgium, the UK and Ireland. It is a French co-production with Disney Channel, so maybe it will eventually come to the United States, like 101 Dalmatian Street. In France, it will air on France Télévisions.

The adventures of a band of insects in a motel crawling with other insects surrounded by humans ignoring they are in a motel crawling with insects…

« Best Bugs » is a sitcom about three friends who are making their way in an amazing new city that’s more exciting and full of adventure than anywhere they’ve been before. They’ll make great new friends, try out new things, and learn more about themselves with every adventure. Oh, and did we forget to mention… they’re all bugs! The ‘city’ they’re making their new home is a rundown human motel, but from their tiny point of view it’s a sprawling, bustling metropolis that’s just crawling with insect life, with a lively and colourful 50’s American vibe.

It is called Bestioles Motel in French, Käfer-City in German and Beestjeshotel in Dutch.

When I read this show's description I thought this is gonna be "Fish Hooks" all over again, but I might give this one a try. The artstyle and setting is already appealing to me.

Looks interesting , reminds me of Buzz On Maggie meeting Big City Greens. I hope it does end up airing in the States even if that means Disney Plus or something.

A flyer containing the info and the characters and their names.

in speaking of BCG, I believe the character, Eddie (the one on the far left), has heavy resemblances to some of the BG from BCG, the face and the hairstyle.

It premiered here yesterday. Here's the intro with the English logo.

In the first episode, Louie learns that he should just be himself.
In the second episode, Eddie learns that you shouldn't throw your garbage out of sight.
In the third episode, Eddie learns that winning isn't everything.

Every episode seems to end with a main character apologizing in public. I didn't watch episode 4-6.
I was hoping this would be like Clarence, but with bugs. In reality, it really is Fish Hooks with bugs... : /

Some interesting concepts:
-The cockroaches are strong and indestructible, and ttherefore cool and hot. Eddie in particular saves someone in every episode, because he is indestructible anyway.
-The ants are firemen.
-I never realized this during the promo, but Wilberforce is wearing antennae.
