Never heard of it, but feels appropriate :p.
I saw a few episodes of the 70s version, it was pretty good but the basic template of the good guy going from place to place in Wild West America and doing good deeds while searching for um, a relative I think. The 90s soft reboot/sequel series was eh.
I love Chris Cox but that name :rolleyes2:.
Well, his moniker "Judomaster" isn't that much better. lol.

Those shows were pretty popular back then ;).

Oh wait, he's Judomaster? I never knew his real name. Well, it makes sense for him of all people to be in this flick .

Maybe that's the character Jamie Chung is playing (since the second article didn't say who she's voicing in this movie).
Jamie Cheung’s character is named Jade.

Also, the sword was originally supposed to be Soultaker, but our friends at DC thought it would be too weird to have that sword in the movie without Katana too. We explained that we didn’t have room in the story for another high-profile DC martial artist no matter how much we like that character, and anyhow the thing with Katana and her sword isn’t like the exclusive bond between Thor and Mjolnir and even THAT supposedly unbreakable Nerd Law has been broken several times without the world coming to an end and can we PLEASE just use Soultaker without shoe-horning Katana into our movie, pretty pretty please?

But no. Word came from On High: “NO KATANA, NO SOULTAKER”.

Rats. NOW what?

Fortunately, Jaunty Jeremy Adams did some speedy research on the internets and according to the the DC Wiki site, Soultaker was one of TWO mystic swords forged at the same time — kinda like Stormbringer and Mournblade from the Elric books, I guess — even though that second sword has never actually shown up in any canonical DC comic story, apparently, or even been given a name. So then my nerd neurons started firing like crazy and I free-associated from “Stormbringer” to “Stormbreaker” to “SOULBREAKER”, the hitherto unnamed sister sword of the legendary Soultaker.

The Mighty DC Gatekeepers decreed, “WELLLLLL....WE STILL THINK IT WOULD BE REALLY NEAT IF KATANA WAS IN THE MOVIE. BUT WE’LL ALLOW IT.”

And that, o my brothers and sisters, is how sausage is made.

I'm sure it's a complete coincidence that that's also Cheshire's real name :p.

Maybe I'm too much of a fanboy but I do think it would be kind of random to have Katana's sword be relevant to a movie and not have her show up at all...maybe I have what it takes to be a DC exec :rolleyes2:.

I guess 4Kids Entertainment skipped Tokyo Mew Mew's second half due to its darker and edgier content or the poor ratings of the first half.
Gonna be honest with you all: I don't feel safe living in this country right now.
I love my Nintendo Switch I got back in 2018, I've played an awful lot since I got it. I've played Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Super Mario Odyssey, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Pokemon: Legends Arceus and many more wonderful Nintendo titles over the years of when I got it. I've been a Nintendo fan since I got my first console purchase, The Nintendo GameCube, back in 2002.

I predict that the COVID-19 pandemic will end permanently by 2023.
I wonder why Mario Party 6 was the poorest selling MP Title, and the only one of the four Gamecube MP games not to break 2 million copies? What's surprising is Mario Party 7 sold better, despite being from the dying days of the GC. Did the microphone initially put people off (or raise the price)? Did Mario Party 7 get a boost from the early days of the Wii?
