Hey,I am new here being nostalgic for old 90s and 2000s CN shows can be rough for most folks interested here in the States Boomerang the go to place for all that with old classic cartoons is trash since the last 5 years tho I heard great things about Tooncast a Channel Warner Media has in Latin America a relative of mine when I went to visit has an IPTV device giving many feeds of Cartoon Network and Boomerang from abroad pays like 10 bucks a month or something I have heard similar boxes carrying Canadian Channels in the states is it possible the same for Tooncast and has the channel drifted in recent times or not

I'm pretty sure you can get Tooncast in some of the states that border Mexico. Otherwise you'll have to rely on IPTV.

I just noticed something. It looks like Starz Kids and Family and Starz Encore Family is no longer airing shows from the WildBrain library. I'm guessing the rights to those shows must have been expired. They been airing on those channels for almost 5 years.
