From what I understand, skipping those episodes of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's has everything to do with 4Kids and nothing to do with the CW. Not sure why, but it was their decision to skip those episodes and it was their decision to make new episodes only available online.

Also, thanks Burgundy Ranger for vouching for me.

It was the CW's fault for not airing them.

Kamen Rider debuts at #1; Pokémon, Gokusen, Summer Wars, Naruto stay on chart

Kamen Rider Decade the Movie: All Riders Vs. Great Shocker opened at #1 on Kogyo Tsushinsha's Japanese box office chart during the August 8-9 weekend. According to Box Office Mojo, it took in US$5,012,116 on 345 screens.

I saw that "Kamen Rider at #1", thought it referred to the American version, and almost did a spit take.
