Here's my speculations:
  • an hour-long grand finale TTG special is announced
  • CN does special bumpers and events for it's 30th anniversary
  • the new Total Drama season premieres on HBO Max/Cartoon Network either in June or September
  • Cow and Chicken, Baby Looney Tunes, and I Am Weasel are added to HBO Max
  • the fate of Total Dramarama (will it end up cancelled or go past season 3?)

Here are my predictions:

Internationally:
  • Cartoon Network Poland moves its transmission and play-out to TVN HQ in Warsaw, going away from Czechia and Germany, due to Discovery merger with WarnerMedia.
  • Cartoonito will be launched in CEE countries (incl. Poland, Hungary, Czechia, Romania, and Slovakia), after Discovery merger, with new license from Amsterdam, live from Discovery HQ in Amsterdam, and their current RRtv license from Czechia, where it’s currently registered as Boomerang CEE, will be returned.
  • Cartoon Network NL is ready to end their transmission from Germany, and officially broadcast from the Netherlands. Their new license will be registered in Amsterdam, and will be the third channel after Disney Channel and Nickelodeon to get Dutch license.
  • Russian Cartoon Network (known as Cartoon Network RSEE) will no longer be broadcasting outside Russia, and will only be available in Russia/CIS for free broadcasting.
  • In the same way as ViacomCBS did with VH1 and MTV Hits in Latin America in 2020, Cartoon Network MENA, Cartoon Network Africa, and Cartoon Network RSEE (Outside Russia and CIS Countries) will be merged by Discovery after their merger with WarnerMedia, forming one Pan-EMEA Channel again, and their current licenses of the three channels will be returned to the authorities, as part of their plans for cutting and reducing the wages costs by the new merged company, Warner Bros. Discovery. The same thing for Boomerang CEE (just months before Cartoonito launches there) outside CEE countries (e.g. outside Poland, Czechia, Romania, and Hungary), Boomerang Africa, and Boomerang MENA. With this decision, new episodes in Arabic will be aired on Cartoon Network Arabic after about 3-6 months of broadcasting on Pay-TV and even on streaming services, after they aired new shows and several new episodes, just after 9 months or almost a year, and Summer Camp Island will be allowed to broadcast on Cartoon Network Arabic, after CN MENA’s closure. Also, current CN RSEE/NL English Announcer will be removed after the three channels merged.
  • As of Warner-Discovery merger, after 29 years of broadcasting, Cartoon Network UK terminates its transmission in Malta and Gibraltar, and will finally get a different feed like the one on the top before this. On the same day, Cartoonito UK and Boomerang UK will be removed, to make space for the other versions (mentioned above this one). In both countries, they'll get the Pan-Regional versions (mentioned above this one) of these channels. Unlike Gibraltar, the Italian Warner Bros. Discovery Channels will be launched there in Malta, after departure of British WarnerMedia Channels (TCM Movies, Cartoon Network UK, Boomerang UK, and Cartoonito UK).
  • Cartoon Network CEE will split into two, CN CZSK and CN HU/RO, in order to have texts in the graphics. Cartoon Network HU/RO will air the Hungarian ratings before the Ad Break.
  • Redraw your World rebrand in Europe will be modified and won’t use CN blocks in the next bumpers, as it’s similar to how the 3D-Graphics looks like in the Next Bumpers of Check-it 1.0, and it’ll go straight to the next bumper and the CN logo. Some channels like the Cartoon Network Germany may skip some elements of the rebrand like what they did in Check-it 3.0, Check-it 4.0, and Dimensional, and getting a hybrid rebrand from 2014 until now.
  • Cartoon Network DOG in EMEA will be moved to the left, being just like Discovery EMEA Channels, unlike the Turkish one, where it goes to the right-corner like both TLC Turkey and DMAX Turkey.
  • Boomerang Thailand will shutdown very soon after Cartoonito relaunches in Southeast Asia instead of Boomerang.
  • Pogo will be pulled off the screen, and Cartoonito will be launched there, but in HD and with the Asian feed.
  • Boomerang will be removed from the Russian market, after Cartoon Network RSEE became localized and known as Cartoon Network Russia and is being pulled from all SEE countries.
  • As part of their plans for cutting their expensive costs, Cartoon Network Hindi is going to be shuttered down after 6 years of broadcasts, and WarnerMedia before merger is being faced with many wages because of this channel, and it’s useless and is waste of money wages. This channel is expected to be replaced by either Boing Africa, Toonami Africa, Cartoonito (if Boomerang isn’t going to shutter down in some part of EMEA), or even Discovery Family ME/Africa (available on Jawwy TV).
  • Cartoon Network Portugal is moving its DOG to the top-corner.
  • Cartoon Network Arabic is being allowed to broadcast on DStv, for Arabic-speaking viewers like Sudan, Djibouti, Somalia, and Mauritania, like what Cartoon Network Portugal did in Angola and Mozambique.
  • Turkish versions of both Cartoon Network & Boomerang will be split in management, getting their own Turkish team, and Demirören Holding will sell its stake on their channels (and also CNN Turk), and all of the 3 channels are going to be fully owned by Warner Bros. Discovery.
  • "NEW NEW NEW NEW" will soon be cancelled from CN Arabic, and will have new episodes on weekends and weekdays, at any hours, not just have an exclusive slot for CN Shows at 16:00 KSA, and it would happen in 2022, when Discovery takes over Cartoon Network & all WarnerMedia Channels.
  • Like Discovery Channel China, CN will introduce Cartoon Network Mainland China, with having same programming schedule as CN Taiwan, but with some minor differences in programming, schedule, and policies, being like Discovery Channel China.
The US:
  • The schedule manager will soon be left/fired from the channel, spams will be reduced, and certain ended shows like Adventure Time will get reruns in a specific month.
  • Apple & Onion gets cancelled for good, for some unknown reasons.
  • Action Shows goes back to normal, and being half-hour shows.
  • CN will extend to 10 PM, while Cartoonito will air until 2 PM, Adult Swim airs at 10 PM (starts at 9PM when there’s a special program or new episodes).
  • End TTG with a special, final season, and make space for more new content.
  • HBO Max will offer live streaming access to the channel and also Boomerang, being just like Discovery+ in the UK (and parts of Europe).
  • CN Hotel is in unknown condition, wondering what'll happen to it. When Discovery takeover the channel, they may sell the hotel to another owner, or turn it into a CN themed park.

Adult Swin and Cartoonito will both get their own cable channels.
This definitely will not happen. Cartoonito just launched and hasn't even been around for a year. And Warner Brothers has had years to spinoff Adult Swim. If Warner Brothers had any desire to launch an Adult Swim channel, they would've by now.

Also, WB isn't likely to launch another linear TV channel at this stage, what with more and more people cutting the cord right now and the studio devoted to expanding HBO Max.

Wow! Has it REALLY been 10 years since the 20th anniversary?! Amazing feels like only yesterday.

I don't have many predictions but...

Teen Titans Go gets renewed for another season (whether or not it'll be the final one who knows).
DC Super Hero Girls ends (I don't want it to but it looks like it will).
Pibby gets greenlit as a mini-series.
We Baby Bears premieres and gets renewed.
Mao Mao Season 2 will move to HBO Max.
Tweety Mysteries will be a hit and it'll lead to the greenlighting of more live-action Looney Tunes projects.
Elliott From Earth will return for one or two more seasons.
Craig Of The Creek movie to end the series will be announced.
New Steven Universe project will be announced to premiere in 2023 (just in time for its 10th Anniversary).
Victor and Valentino as well as Summer Camp Island will end.
and Primal season 2 will air with a season 3 greenlight.

This is more of a hope than a prediction, but:

Batwheels, Bugs Bunny Builders, Jessica's Big Little World and Tom & Jerry Time will (hopefully) premiere on Cartoonito first quarter 2022.

I know it's not gonna happen in a million years(and it's not a prediction, but more wishes and hopes than anything), but I wish Cartoon Network would do more blocks after Cartoonito and ACME Night.

Here's my take on it from this picture below.
Captured.PNG

While Cartoon Network still continue to run Adult Swim, Toonami, Cartoonito, and ACME Night as usual, but also announced three new blocks: Kids WB, Fridays, and Saturday Block Party.

Kids WB, a weekday afternoon block and Saturday morning premiere block dedicated to Warner Bros. Animation and third party shows. It'll aired for 3p to 5p on weekdays and 9a to 12p on Saturdays.

Fridays, a Friday night premiere block dedicated to CN Originals and Cartoon Cartoons Shorts from Cartoon Network Studios. It'll aired from 7p to 9p.

Saturday BLOCK PARTY is a variety block was kinda like Nickelodeon's SNICK block in it's early days, but more Cartoon Network theme. It's going to airing on Saturday nights at 7p to 9p.

Like I said, never gonna happen, but at least it'll bring variety to CN.

I like this idea. These are cool. Too bad CN will probably never try anything like this.

Awww thank you. ;)

A kids WB! block on Cartoon Network would be interesting to see. I'd be curious to see what specific shows would air on said block.
My picks would be TTG, DC Superhero Girls, Looney Tunes Cartoons, Tiny Toons Looniversity, Yabba Dabba Dinosaurs, Jellystone, Total Dramarama, Jade Armor, Dodo, and Animaniacs 2020.
