Seeing networks do that would be nice but in this time and day I feel like this is unlikely.

Not only that, but a vast majority of the programs the OP listed are out of production. NBC, ABC, & CBS are not about to give up their Saturday editions of their weekday morning news programs. We've all accepted the fact that SatAM as we knew it is no more. Mr. Delarosa recently joined, and while we appreciate his dream, it's time to move on.

There are even shows that don't even exist: "Girltastic Television"? That sounds like the name of some channel's programming block aimed at girls. This idea looks nice but if the networks accepted said ideas, especially the larger networks, the programmer could easily lose his job because weekend morning news.

Yes, but Cartoon Network had it once and CW is with Turner in a way (through Warner Bros.), and that's enough for it to be on The CW's Saturday morning block "Kids' WB".

Sorry for the "y" word that you don't understand but Kids' WB IS a viable option for Peppa Pig.

Actually, Girltastic Television is a new TV show about the five Ashleys from Recess (Armbruster, Boulet, Quinlan, Spinelli and Tomassian) and their adventures.

Hey, we can't give up now, I can feel in my bones this is the season SatAM is coming back and better than ever!

It may have aired on Cartoon Network at one point, but I'm pretty sure neither them or WB have the rights now, so I don't think The CW can air it.

What exactly gives you that idea? I'm sorry, but as cool as this would be, I really don't see any reason to believe this is happening.

Hey, we can't give up now, I can feel in my bones this is the season SatAM is coming back and better than ever!

We deal in reality here, Jason. We've all accepted the fact that the networks won't go back to programming animated shows on Saturday mornings. What had been a tradition for more than 50 years is no more. The networks all have corporate parents more concerned with the bottom line (i.e. Disney, Comcast), and with greater options today, such as online streaming and an expanded cable base, broadcast networks have reached the point of no return. Live-action shows such as what Litton has programmed for NBC, ABC, CBS, & CW don't cost as much as animated shows, although the latter were being repurposed from cable nets with ties to the broadcast channels (i.e. Sprout, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon) in recent years.

You're new, you'll get used to it after a while.

Ha! Looks like ABC is getting the most votes for "Lizzie McGuire, the Animated Series" right now, so first I need you or one of your friends to contact Debra Solomon's Tapehouse Toons to seal the deal. You know, get them to actually make it at the start of next month (May 2017). Then, I want you or that friend to contact other animation studios to get them to make other ABC animated series (Powerhouse- Raven, Lucasfilm- Star Wars Rebels, Billionfold- Hannah, WDTA- Kim Possible, Future Thought- New Buzz on Maggie, Toon City- Star vs. the Forces of Evil, Paul & Joe- Girltastic TV, Rough Draft USA- Phineas & Ferb, Mercury- Kick Buttowski). Now you or a friend get out there and do it!

I'm afraid that's not going to happen just because we contact them.

Jason, there's only one word to describe you, and I'm not even going to spell it out for you. Delusional. If Lizzie McGuire were to return as an animated series (highly unlikely), it'd be on Disney Channel or DXD, not ABC. You're not in a position to dictate to anyone on this group. You can ask nicely but to say, "I want", doesn't play very well in this forum. If you're not careful, Daikun or one of the other moderators may shut you down if you don't snap back to reality.

Some of these shows don’t even sound real. Since when was there a Disney version of CatDog, did you mean Disney’s Doug?

We have KidsClick now (though I don't know how well that's doing, or how long it will last, especially with all the constant schedule changes). So, anyone wanna lock this thread or what?
