I want to advise everyone in this thread, but especially the original poster, to read our Terms of Service again, especially this section:
AND reread this announcement.
No good is coming of this discussion. Thus, thread closed.
I do NOT like the direction this thread is going. In fact, I'd say this is turning out more offensive than informative. I'm closing it right now before it gets really ugly.
Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we tend to discourage threads (and posts) about post counting. Not only do these kinds of threads fill up with spam pretty quickly, but - as has been mentioned countless times on this board and others - it is the quality of your posts, not the quantity...
Bubbles, we have a rule here that says you must wait at least four posts before posting again in a thread. This gives everyone a chance to participate and keeps people from spamming/"hogging" a game. You can read it in the nifty little FAQ Colin's posted at the top of this board. :)
Carry on!
Uhh...the first place I read this article was an online version of the Guardian. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that a tabloid-type paper or something? If so, that makes me take this "news" with a grain of salt.
I'm not sure how much this will help, since my sleeping schedule's a mess too. But I've started taking an aikido class in the early evening, and I've noticed that on the nights I have the class, it's easier for me to fall asleep. Is there any way for you to incorporate some light exercise into...
Ye-eah...sorry, but I saw a few things in that movie that would be against the rules of this forum. Next time, if the movie in question contains "questionable content", I'd recommend thinking twice before posting it.
*closey closey*
This is an interesting topic, but I'm thinking it might be better suited to the Entertainment Board instead. *moves*
To answer the original question, I'd personally make sure that both Tiny Toons and Freakazoid got their own DVD sets. Good ones. Beyond that...I'm not sure. Just not used to...
There's really no point to this thread. If you want to know a member's age, we have this nifty little thing called a profile for each member here that you can look at. :)
And just so nobody uses this thread to pas their post count...
*locky locky*
Last thread got kind of long and it took me forever to get through, so I thought it was time for a brand new one.
...and apologies for the lame title. :p
To start us off, I'll list a few things I've been listening to lately:
- My HiME OST, volumes 1 & 2 - been listening to that for a few...
All right, look.
I apologize to the posters here who are trying to carry on a decent conversation about what I felt was originally a harmless topic. But some of you need to go back and read our rules of conduct again,, especially the following:

Er - I know hardly anyone's said anything yet (and honestly, I'm not expecting y'all to because I haven't been around much lately), but thank you! :)
(goes back to obscurity)
Normally, I don't like discouraging discussion, even ones of a spiritual nature - but I don't like where this is going. This is the kind of thread that almost invariably descends into flame wars. Sorry, but I'm going to have to nip this one in the bud.
Thread closed.
Funny? Nope, didn't even crack a smile. Cruel? Not exactly, just mean-spirited. The video was more, I dunno, pointless and kind of stupid to me. If the child had realized it was a prank and kinda laughed it off toward the end, I might have chuckled. Might have. But as is? Just falls flat.
Ugh, Black Cherry Vanilla Coke? That stuff tasted like cough syrup to me. Sorry, but I really, really didn't like it. :p I could barely finish the little sample they gave out at the grocery store; couldn't imagine actually drinking a whole 16oz can of the stuff.
As for Vault, I'm actually not...
Thanks for the birthday wishes and compliments, everyone! =D I would've said that sooner, but I've been out of town. Just got back a while ago.
Had a very nice time this weekend with my family, and got some nice birthday loot to boot. :D
*hands out leftover cake*
Well, let's see...I got up this morning. Still alive and well.
Today's not so bad, then. ;)
And just for the record, I haven't had a boyfriend on Valentine's Day (or any other day) in years. So if I wanted an excuse to gripe, well, there it is. I just don't feel like griping today. :)
Any kind of strong scent, whether it be from incense, candles, or those little air fresheners you plug into an outlet - I don't like. I'm not asthmatic or anything, just that anything strong-smelling is overwhelming. It almost feels like I'm poisoning myself with each breath, or something.
As...
(Good grief, this thread grew fast. Or else I lost track of time again. )
*playing with a GameBoy*
*yes, it's old. no, I don't care*
Hmm? Opening statements done already? Okay, okay, okay, I'm on it. You people don't have to do my work for me now. :p And may I remind the court...
That's a tough call. I like some aspects of it, especially the adapting of other classic WB characters to the whole space theme (I for one never expected to see Yosemite Sam or Witch Hazel appear in any shape, form, or fashion XD ). The recent parody of Samurai Jack was priceless; in particular...
I'd be inclined to agree on the Hip Hippos and even the Rita/Runt skits (despite Rita being my namesake! ) ...although in defense of the latter ones, some of the episodes were very touching, at least to me. Was a nice change of pace from the others. :) And you have to admit, Bernadette...
Cool, same animal as the year I was born. Any new year is full of promise, but here's hoping it's especially so this time around...not just for me of course, but for everyone. :D
Happy New Year!
Let's see...mine's a bit complicated, since I didn't stay at any one school for too long until I hit high school.
First elementary school - Don't remember, though I'm pretty sure it was some kind of wildcat.
Second elementary school - We were the Pirates, we were. Arrr.
First middle school...

Your Honor...ladies and gentlemen of the jury...over the course of these proceedings, I hope to make it clear that my client, KurtWagner, does indeed require a divorce from the defendant, Lord Dalek. Furthermore, it is my wish that you...
Whew, I gotta tell you, folks...this one was close. Almost everyone got at least one vote, and even though we did have some clear winners this time around (there have been ties in the past), there weren't very many votes separating them. So even if you didn't place, take heart. You did, at...
Hmm, that's strange. I didn't do anything special to the thread. Not sure what's going on =X
Unless you're trying to drop hints that I should go ahead and close it anyway, or something. It's only 6:30 where I am, so...leaving it open for one more hour. Yes, I forgot to put the time zone...
Most of my life, I've lived in places where even an inch of snow on the ground would be a big deal. Even more so if it lasted more than an a day. :p However, I do remember this one freak snowstorm in El Paso, Texas a long, long time ago that dumped somewhere between 6-12 inches of the stuff...
Oooh, sounds like fun. I haven't been in a mock trial in years. :) Count me in, I really need to start being more active again anyway.
Let's see...my first choice for a role would be a witness. I suppose I could play a defense attorney, but the bulk of my courtroom experience comes from Law...
