Cartoon sound clips used on Svengoolie

Everyone, I noticed the new additions to the clips. Unfortunately, I can't add them for some reason. :(

Yeah, that's a great idea! Shame I can't edit the OP anymore.

Sorry for the lack of updates, but I've finally indexed the new submissions, and identified a new Animaniacs clip: "Hello, nana!" (from the 65th anniversary special)

Cartoon sound clips used on Svengoolie

Just remembered another one that I'm wondering about: "He's the cat's pajamas!" This one's probably a custom one created for the show, though.

Huh, I didn't know that horn honk was used that early! You know, "pooey" also sounds like a Daws Butler soundbite too.

Just for the heck of it, here's "Wunnerful! Wunnerful!" in case anyone recognizes any other Sven soundbites from it, although I wouldn't be surprised if "Turn off the bubble machine..." and the cards and letters song are the only two sourced from there. Also, I'm thinking of going through...

I've also read that some of the clips used on the show are custom-created for the show. The two that I know are original are the obvious ones: "BERWYN?" and "Svengoolie??!!"

What do you know, I just found the source of "Ow, ow, OWWWW!":

The line you're thinking of is "He's history's greatest monster!" and is actually from the Simpsons.

"Turn off the bubble machine" is another that came from Stan IIRC, same record as the cards and letters theme.

Yeah, that's what I was referring to. I actually knew about the "Thank you" song ("Hit the theme for us, Chaz!") being originally Freberg, it's taken from his record "Wunnerful! Wunnerful!"

"Oh, uh.... uh.... yeah." sort of sounds to me like a Daws Butler vocal, but I don't know where it's from. Possibly a Looney Tune but it's doubtful.

Sorry it's taken me so long to update the list, but thanks for the additions! There are a few I'm wondering about too: -"Heh-uh-heh-hey....POOEY!" -"Stand by folks, here it comes!"

Just found a new one: "Good night, fat boy!" Don't know where it's from but I imagine it's from a Daffy + Porky cartoon.

Hey, thanks! I think I already had some of these indexed, like that Minerva clip, but it's nice to know which episodes some of these came from.

Would that Dale line be "It's got a good beat - I could kill bugs to it"? 'Cause that's the only clip I can think of that's used on the show that mentions killing bugs. There's another Scooby clip I know of that's used on the show quite frequently: "Rank you! Rank you! Rank you!" but I don't...

Just remembered another Animaniacs clip used on Sven: "Fuzzy bunny!" (Mindy, I forget which M&B segment this is from)

Cartoon sound clips used on Svengoolie

Edited since I found another "Animaniacs" clip used on the show: "Yahooie! My man!" from "Moon Over Minerva". Also, I found out the episode Dot's "He'd better switch to decaf" was from, and just remembered a Yakko clip used on the show but I can't remember the episode it was excerpted from.

We COULD see them pop up here and there in a quick, non-verbal cameo. Knowing Spielberg, won't surprised if Elmyra shows up in a cameo.
