Tonight’s my first time on here via my iPod Touch I got a few days ago. My laptop, meanwhile, has been having Internet problems for a while now.
So just two days ago, I found a bunch of long-forgotten episode titles for (missing) Colonel Bleep episodes, thanks to Brigham Young University (via Internet Archive).
With all of the drama, hype and rumors going amok- past and present, inside and outside the animation community- I almost just want to escape, a la the late, great Jimi Hendrix:
Garfield and Friends recording session.
I feel like taking a break here. Not much, if anything, going on that interests me, and I'd like to do some self-reflecting, or something like that.
Oh man, I just remembered that my first year anniversary on here was a week ago today...
After much research about the history of Colonel Bleep/Soundac, I'm quite dismayed over some conflicting accounts of what's gone on since the 1970s theft. I know they're both obscure (probably even before that happened), and thus unlikely to attract attempts at verification, but nevertheless...

It's also Frank Welker's birthday.
During the Denver ComicCon interview, Jim Davis said that the only other person who was considered as the voice of Garfield for the live action movies...was Jack Nicholson.
The Garfield & Friends channel has become mostly private, with apparently only one video left available. Ain't that a shame.

R.I.P. Robin Leach, of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. He had cameo appearances in Garfield and Friends and Family Guy, among other shows.
