Continuing from Part 29, what are you looking forward to hearing and seeing at this year's Comic-Con panel?

*As a reminder, the Comic-Con panel will be on 7/20/18, and there will also be a DC Universe fan experience across Comic-Con, where one of the installations involves the Watchtower.

Additionally, this Tweet contains scans of the TV Guide Magazine article on Young Justice Outsiders.

Other information:

- The League has expanded but is stretched thin, which forces the younger heroes to pick up the slack.

- Spoiler: "Doesn't have special powers, she's a skilled martial artist."

- Thirteen: "She's a fun character who has inherited some natural "mystical" ability." She's being mentored by Zatanna.

- Forager: "We generally have a very serious tone; it's about secrets, lies, and double-crosses. So it's fun to be able to introduce a character with a certain charm." Forager "is pretty cute, and we don't do cute a lot."

- "We wanted to explore this world we built over the first two seasons through the eyes of characters who aren't sidekicks aren't born to be heroes." "It's about a different group of kids who were developing powers and didn't know what they wanted to do in life, and how they see this world. It gives our first - and second - season characters the opportunity to step into the lives of these outsiders and help guide them to a better future."

- The show will be going to it's spy and mystery roots. "We consider this show about young people first, spies second, and Superheroes third."

- Lex Luthor is now the UN secretary.

- "There are definitely elements we are adapting from the Mike Barr and Jim Aparo Outsiders comics. We borrow from throughout DC's 80-year history. It's a little New Teen Titans, a little Outsiders, and all sorts of other stuff. We're very eclectic."

Hopefully that comment about it being about young people first means that we get more civilian stuff with the teen cast

I'm kind of surprised "Superhero" came third.

I mean, I know the Team is the Team but the way they operate and the threats they deal with are generally more decidedly Superhero stuff then spy stuff in my opinion.

Forager, interesting choice. I recall someone guessed that in the previous thread. I did dig Forager's guest appearance on Justice League season 2 and always wondered when he'd show up again in animation in a big role.

I hate the spy stuff on this show. I had hoped we were done with that.
That's an odd thing to say about a show that's always been a spy show.

I didn't actually care all that much for the first two seasons because of the unlikely betrayals and lack of trust. I had hoped that as the characters aged and got to know each other better, the show would have grown out of that dynamic. Maybe I don't understand the show at all.

Who knows? Maybe this season will avoid most of the internal deceptions and betrayals that bothered you previously. There can still be a covert team.

New artwork! I think we can all agree now that the girl on the right is not Lightning

It looks like she can change her colors though...so maybe she is Halo ?

Looks like Artemis is going back to a normal blow, and looking at the green dudes molten hand, I think that's definitely Geo-Force .

You can also see Savage and Darkseid on the far-left, so I guess that re-confirms our main villains .

Seems like Halo, if it is Halo, is creating a forcefield/bubble similar to Rocket's power also from what we see under the Cloak looks like Rocket's head gear from Season 2. but its definitely not Lightning.

Weeeellll... if Greg is following Halo's tradition power-set then her red aura gives Gabby a heat beam. The red sphere in the display may just be a special effect, but then again it may not be. Greg has been know to do his own take on long-established characters.

Well im 99 percent sure it's not Lightning i am not 100 percent sure we can rule her out though there is Red Lightning which is called Red Sprites. If i was a betting man i would put my money on Halo though not necessarily Violet Harper/Gabrielle Doe since Aurakles can possess and take over anyone. Also an African American version of Halo appeared in the Elseworlds Justice League: Another Nail book.

I see Darkseid! I hope this means he has at least a slightly bigger role in this season.

She does seem most likely to be Halo though to my mind Solstice is still in the running. But I"m still not very familiar with Solstice.
