I can't remember when Nick UK first started to broadcast Teleshopping. I'll have to make a note of what products it advertises. I think at the moment, its exercise equipment and a vacuum cleaner.

It was definitely there when I first looked at the channel back in 2006

Anyway, I think Teleshopping may have its place on some kids channels, just, of course, it should be restricted to very minor timeslots, mostly late night

BTW even Disney Channel Germany has it

I definitely don't like the idea of kids' channels having it, but hey, it's not like there are many kids watching TV at the likes of midnight, and it's just another form of advertising

Could be worse, it would be those awful late night 'competition' shows that ITV used to air that turned out to be big cons, like The Mint and Quiz Mania. But I agree, I'm not really comfortable with kids' channels having Teleshopping, either. It would be interesting to find out how much money the blocks on Nick UK channel earn for both Nick and the marketing company.

Nick Spain (it wasn't Iberia yet) used to be off-air between 3 and 6, even after the timeshift with Paramount Comedy was removed when it became a standalone channel.

Nickelodeon Italy used to be kinda similar

Now, they still have 15, 20, 25 mins "off" at arund 5am, what is called "Vetrina Nickelodeon" (similar story for Nick Jr and TeenNick) where they show looped promos

In the mid 90s, Nick UK used to timeshare with Paramount Channel / Paramount Comedy on Sky Analogue (before each channel had its own channel number). Nick closed down at 7pm, and Paramount broadcast between 7pm-4am. 4-6am was dead space, with Paramount and Nick's testcards being shown on screen.

It would be great if Nick used the teleshopping timeslots for NickSplat.

Switzerland's public broadcaster SF Zwei had a Nickelodeon block from September 28th, 1998 till September 26th, 2003. It aired every day from 08:00 till 17:00.

Note that Nickelodeon DE closed down in May 1998 and only returned in September 2005!

Did you upload any continuity? I don’t see any on your YT channel.

Well, the fact I had a 2 TB hard drive, made me able to write countless hours of nickelodeon greece, with episodes, promos, errors, shorts, etc., since 2016. And till now, I have been struggling with finishing ripping episodes of shows I've written (I'm currently at 23/11/2017, when the second episode of Mysticons premiered, though I've ripped most stuff from this day and onwards), before September. Maybe I'll stop doing it to see what stuff from the commercial break I'll put (some had too many glitches). Though, just like in my country, some of the commercials shown are never-to-be -seen material, especially if you have not a clue about Hindi.
