Is it safe to say that Joe Quesada has left animation behind?

Cause it looks like he is back to publishing.

Quesada wasn't as involved with the shows as someone working strictly with the animation side. He is the cheif creative officer of Marvel Entertainment, so he seems to have been involved in some of the decisions but he wasn't working of these cartoons daily on anything.

Yeah, I think Loeb was much more involved on the animation side of things.
