I just made it just in case if people wanted to talk about the series again, or if new viewers wanted a place to discuss it without bumping up old threads.
I'm glad Space Dandy returns, my favorite awesome new anime comedy, so a big fan of it next to Hunter x Hunter, Gurren Lagann, Gintama, Pani Poni Dash!, Fairy Tail, Battle Girls: Time Paradox, Yo-Kai Watch, and One-Punch Man.Its action/comedy and crazy space adventures were pretty sweet/enjoyable.I'll enjoy seeing it again.
Both Dandy/QT/Meow were great funny enjoyable protagonists, QT's autotune voice was great/funny, while Honey/Scarlet, awesome enjoyable female characters, my next favorite great female characters next to A-ko/C-ko, Kagura/Ayame/Tsukuyo(Gintama), Lucy/Erza/Virgo/Juvia, Michiko/Hatchin/Atsuko, and Mikasa/Sasha/Zoe Hange/Ymir/Historia.The capturing rare aliens adventure was pretty great/enjoyable, but loved the aliens' great bizarre designs.
Both Admiral Perry, and Dr. Gel/Bea were great enjoyable main villains with their goal on hunting/capturing Dandy, the series' Jesse/James/Meowth/Wobbuffet, hehehe.
Both Episodes 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,and 8 were great/enjoyable,
Scarlet awesome/kickbutt, the phantom ramen was interesting, the cute Mamitas turning out to be a deadly Deathgerian creature was scary, a scary horrifying zombie apocalypse, yikes, funny with Dandy/QT/Meow zombies, hehehe, Adelie was cute/great for a future love interest, the Undie/Vestian's feud on undies/vests was interesting/sad on their death wish, a space race, awesome, the new rivals were great, and Pup the female dog was great, but she'll be missed.
What a weird kinda pointless episode.... The robot sounds like conan from case closed and after seeing what the D5 (or whatever the thing with a bounty was called) I dont blame the plant leader for firing the scientist who said they should kill the guy maintaining there sentience.
Space dandy didnt really do anything special everything just kind of worked out for him (besides the bounty). First time watching this but I hope the next episodes a little more action packed.
I'll start off by saying X-Men 97 has been a blast to watch. As someone who grew up exposed to the films and cameos on other shows, it was definitely a different treat seeing how both iterations of the franchise handle the characters and their world.
Professor X's speech in today's episode was powerful ... nuff said.
With regards to Matt Braly, I prefer the weekly release. Binging is terrible for an entire season to be released in one run and back in 2015/2016, when it started becoming a thing, there were people concerned over that.
Sometimes, I really question on why these streamers seems to be so selective on which show should get the weekly release treatment or not. Giving every show the binge format is unsustainable. Sure, there are some exceptions, but not every show needs it.
