The premise is simple - You pick a SatAM cartoon block and program it with shows that you'd want to see on that block. Now these schedules are hypothetical, so feel free to go wild and I implore you to be creative! To get things started, I'll lead off with what I think Disney's One Saturday Morning/ABC Kids would look like if it were still airing:

8 AM: Recess (Full hour to satisfy E/I requirement)
9 AM: Penn Zero: Part Time Hero (NEW!)
9:30 AM: Star Wars Rebels (NEW!)
10 AM: Phineas and Ferb
10:30 AM: Kim Possible
11 AM: Star vs. The Forces of Evil (NEW!)
11:30 AM: Gravity Falls (Would be replaced by 'Milo Murphy's Law' and switch places with 'Kim Possible' when 'Milo Murphy's Law' debuts on Disney XD and Disney Channel in October)
12 PM: Wander Over Yonder (Full hour for E/I requirement)

Wander Over Yonder is not E/I. And all those shows are too violent for Saturday Mornings. I would adore to see them edited there though.

This is what the Qubo schedule would be if it were still on NBC, or if Ion Television added a Qubo block on Saturdays, because 3 days a week for 1 hour at 8:00 A.M. isn't enough, and that's an unfair decision because children are going to/at school at that time.

6:00 A.M. - Mickey's Farm
6:30 A.M. - Fishtronaut
7:00 A.M. - My Friend Rabbit
7:30 A.M. - Doki
8:00 A.M. - George and Martha
8:30 A.M. - Ned's Newt
9:00 A.M. - Avengers Assemble (It's a Disney XD show, but what if it aired on Qubo?)
9:30 A.M. - Gofrette
10:00 A.M. - Pecola
10:30 A.M. - Rupert
11:00 A.M. - Rescue Heroes
11:30 A.M. - He-Man and the Masters of the Universe
12:00 P.M. - Harry and His Bucket Full of Dinosaurs
12:30 P.M. - Adventures from the Book of Virtues

Wander Over Yonder is not E/I. And all those shows are too violent for Saturday Mornings. I would adore to see them edited there though.

I, uh, wanted to do something more akin to FOX Kids when doing my hypothetical ABC Saturday Morning schedule. If you remember, FOX Kids had new episodes of Power Rangers, NASCAR Racers and Digimon before anyone else! (Power Rangers and NASCAR Racers were my faves, by the way) That's what I wanted to do with the ABC lineup. Plus, broadcasters used to cheat the FCC by marking all shows on their Saturday morning lineups as E/I when they really weren't. Food for thought there. I think I'll tweak ABC a bit:

8 AM: Recess (Full hour to satisfy E/I requirement)
9 AM: Penn Zero: Part Time Hero (NEW!)
9:30 AM: Star Wars Rebels (NEW!)
10 AM: Wander Over Yonder
10:30 AM: Kim Possible
11 AM: Star vs. The Forces of Evil (NEW!)
11:30 AM: Gravity Falls (Would be replaced by 'Milo Murphy's Law' and switch places with 'Kim Possible' when 'Milo Murphy's Law' debuts on Disney XD and Disney Channel in October)
12 PM: Phineas and Ferb (Full hour for E/I requirement)

Opening sequence would be based off this:

But with a few changes:

Marco and Star replace Raven in the 'ARE YOU READY?' sequence, with Star waving her wand for the 2nd 'ARE YOU READY?'

The Power Rangers would obviously be replaced with the Gravity Falls (Milo Murphy's Law when it debuts in October) crew.

The ball hits the jumbotron, switching it from Star vs. The Forces of Evil to Recess as Kim Possible, Star and Sashi (Penn Zero: Part Time Hero) look on (replacing Ingrid Third and the Proud Family)

Meap from 'Phineas and Ferb' crash-lands near Kim Possible and Ezra Bridger (Star Wars Rebels)
Duff Killagen tries to catch the ball, but gets whacked in the face, to which Phineas says 'That's gotta hurt!', with Hera Syndulla standing next to him (replacing Fillmore and Lilo).
Hater and Dominator (replacing the Lizzie McGuire crew) fly in as the ball hits Shego
The ABC Kids ball zooms in with Rufus the Naked Mole Rat at the controls (instead of Stitch) before flying to the jumbotron

For CBS (using Nick on CBS because that's the CBS block I remember most):

8 AM: PAW Patrol (E/I)
8:30 AM: Blue's Clues (E/I)
9 AM: Rugrats
9:30 AM: All Grown Up! (E/I)
10 AM: Nickelodeon GUTS
10:30 AM: Wild Thornberrys (E/I)
11 AM: Double Dare (Marc Summers version) (E/I because of its trivia component)
11:30 AM: Jimmy Neutron (E/I)
12 Noon: Hey Arnold! (E/I)
12:30 PM: As Told By Ginger (E/I)

Intro sequence:

It would be the same as 2002-2004, except that the characters from Dora The Explorer and Pelswick would be replaced with Jimmy Neutron and his crew, pictures of Mike O' Malley and Moria Quirk, Tommy and Chuckie from 'All Grown Up!' and the PAW Patrol pups. It would also start with a clip of Marc Summers saying 'ON YOUR MARK.....GET SET.....GO!' from Double Dare.

Now for Vortexx:

8 AM: Power Rangers Ninja Steel (E/I) (NEW EPISODES)
8:30 AM: Sendokai Champions (E/I) (NEW EPISODES) [We were supposed to get this show Fall of 2014, but Vortexx closed before that could happen]
9 AM: Digimon Fusion (E/I) (NEW EPISODES)
9:30 AM: Yu-Gi-Oh! (E/I)
10 AM: Yu-Gi-Oh! GX (E/I)
10:30 AM: Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds
11 AM: Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL
11:30 AM: Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V (NEW EPISODES)
12 Noon: Iron Man: Armored Adventures (E/I)
12:30 PM: Justice League Unlimited (E/I) [That's right! Absolutely NO WWE ANYWHERE! I think wrestling is fixed and it had no place on Saturdays!]

Let me assess these by network. NBC comes first because it's first on your list.

You have an all-Dreamworks block, tying in to Comcast's purchase of the Dreamworks library. Some of these shows I haven't heard of (Richie Rich/Casper Hour being one of them). You have Penguins of Madagascar - great show, seeing as how it came from the minds behind 'Kim Possible', another one of my favorites. Also, what version of 'The Smurfs' would you have at 9 AM? Other than that, you've got a good NBC lineup there.

For ABC, I'm assuming you have 'Tangled: Before Ever After' leading off. Problem there is that it doesn't come out until next year. Same for the new DuckTales. What shows would you have as stopgaps until they come out? 'MouseCapades' sounds pretty good, as does your new Spidey series and 'Adventures In Wonderland'. Star Wars Rebels, Avengers and KP are there along with P&F, so a nice mix of Disney past and present there on ABC.

CBS:

Hour of Garfield, hour of Ninja Turtles (I'm assuming 1987-96 original version), new Popeye series to introduce the character to a new generation, D&D, John Cena....Solid on CBS.

CW:

You've got the classic WB staple of Looney Toons there. IMO, Bugs, Daffy and co. are what started cartoons as we know them, so props to you on that. New Super Mario series....haven't seen Mario on TV in a LONG time so it would be nice to see Mario, Luigi and the Mushroom Kingdom back on TV. Got some Scooby-Doo on there. Scooby is the epitome of a cartoon phoenix - you put him down and he just rises back up! Got Justice League and Superman back to back. And....SCORE! POKEMON! (singing) I wanna be the very best that no one ever was....to catch them is my real test, to train them is my cause! (slaps myself) Got that song stuck in my head! Not sure how Pacific Rim would go for the kids, but your CW block's looking strong!

FOX:

Got a nice mix of classic FOX Kids and 4Kids TV programming there, plus your Crusader Rabbit show. FOX looks pretty good.

All in all, you done good.

What if the CW added a Cartoon Network block on Saturday Mornings? Then it would be a transmission of the CN schedule from anywhere between 6:00 A.M. and 8:00 A.M. to somewhere between 12:00 P.M. and 1:00 P.M.

Unfavorable times. Who would want to get up at 6 AM on a Saturday? That is unless I majorly misinterpreted your post....which I probably did.

EDIT: I majorly misinterpreted the post. Sorry about that, Jared.

Hey! If Saturday Morning wasn't died well here's my idea.

For ABC they should bring classic Disney & Marvel cartoons every saturday, not only that but this all brand spankin' new block would be hosted by both F.R.I.D.A.Y. & J.A.R.V.I.S.

Here's the fantasmic lineup:

6:00am "Disney's Pepper Ann".

6:30am "Marvel's X-Men: Evolution".

7:00am "Disney's The Proud Family".

7:30am "Marvel's Iron Man: Armored Adventures".

8:00am "Disney's Little Einsteins".

8:30am "Marvel's The Super Hero Squad Show".

9:00am "Disney's Wuzzles".

9:30am "Marvel's Spider-Man And His Amazing Friends".

10:00am "Disney's Recess".

10:30am "Marvel's The Fantastic Four ('90's version)".

11:00am "Disney's Mickey's Mouseworks".

11:30am "Marvel's The Avengers: Earth's Mightest Heroes!"

12:00pm-2:00pm "The Marvel-Disney's Weekend Supermagical Specials With Ludwig Von Drake & Scrooge McDuck".

For NBC they should bring the weird and wacky world of Sid And Marty Krofft to their saturday morning lineup & it would be hosted by Mayor H.R. Pufnstuf & The Banana Spilts.

Here's the crazy lineup:

8:00am "Mutt & Stuff".

8:30am "H.R. Pufnstuf".

9:00am "The Land Of The Lost ('70's version)".

9:30am "Lidsville".

10:00am "The Lost Saucer".

10:30am "Electra Woman & Dyna Girl (2016 version)".

11:00am "WonderBug".

11:30am "Dr. Shrinker".

12:00pm "The Bugaloos".

12:30pm "Sigmund & The Sea Monsters (2016 version)".

1:00pm-2:00pm "Bigfoot & Wildboy".

For CBS i think they should bring DreamWorks to their saturday morning lineup & this block would hosted by Miguel, Tulio, & Chel from "The Road To ElDorado".

Here's the kadoosh lineup:

7:00am "Home: Adventures With Tip And Oh".

7:30am "The Penguins Of Madgascar".

8:00am "Kung Fu Panda: Legend Of Awesomeness".

8:30am "All Hail King Julien".

10:00am "The Adventures Of Puss Of Boots".

10:30am "The Mr. Peabody And Sherman Show".

11:00am "Dragons: Riders Of Berk".

11:30am "Voltron: Legendary Defender".

12:00pm-3:00pm "The DreamWorks Familytime Movies With Shrek & Fiona".

For Fox they'll might bring every LEGO cartoon to their saturday morning lineup but the block would not have a host nor a hostess, nope because the real host is us the infamous LEGO maniacs!

Here's the bricktastic lineup:

8:00am "LEGO's Friends".

8:30am "LEGO's Elves".

9:00am "LEGO's Mixels: The Series".

9:30am "LEGO's The Legends Of Chima".

10:00am "LEGO's Nexo Knights: The Book Of Monsters".

10:30am "LEGO's HERO Factory".

11:00am "LEGO's NinjaGo: Masters Of Spinjitzu".

11:30am "LEGO's Bionicle: The Power Of One".

For The CW i think they should revamp The Funtastic World Of Hanna-Barbera as their new saturday morning hangout & it would hosted by HB's 1st action pack hero himself Jonny Quest along with Scooby-Doo, Penelope Pitstop, Yogi Bear, Smurfette, Frankenstein Jr., Judy Jetson, & the legendary duo that is Tom And Jerry.

Here's the funtastic lineup:

6:00am-8:30am "The Funtastic World Of Hanna-Barbera Ft. The Challenge Of The Gobots, The Jetsons, The Paw Paws, Yogi's Treasure Hunt, & Galtar And The Golden Lance".

8:30am "The Flintstones".

9:00am "Godzilla".

9:30am "Dexter's Labortory".

10:00am "Foofur".

10:30am "Snorks".

11:00am "Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!"

11:30am "Wacky Races".

12:00pm "The Adventures Of Jonny Quest".

12:30pm "Birdman And The Galaxy Trio".

1:00pm-4:00pm "Tom And Jerry & Their Funtastic Friends Ft. Tom And Jerry, Yakky Doodle, Droopy, Yogi Bear, Huckleberry Hound, Snagglepuss, Screwball "Screwy" Squirrel, & Barney Bear".

& Last but not least for MyNetwork TV they should bring Saban Brands' shows as their official saturday morning lineup, not only that this block would be hosted by cousins Alpha 5 & Alpha 6.

Here's the digitastic lineup:

6:00am "Glitter Force".

6:30am "Julius Jr."

7:00am "VR Troopers".

7:30am "Sweet Valley High".

8:00am-9:00am "Captain N And The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!"

9:00am "Digimon: Digital Monsters".

9:30am "Mystic Knights Of Tir Na Nog".

10:00am "The Why Why Family".

10:30am "Super Pig".

11:00am "Kidd Video".

11:30am "Video Power".

12:00pm-1:00pm "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Dinozords Era".

1:00pm-2:00pm "X-Men: The Animated Series".

As for syndication they should bring the slimey world of Nickelodeon to their saturday afternoon lineup.

TIME OUT! MyNetwork TV?! Now why haven't they thought of a Saturday Morning block? If they could partner with Saban, then I could see something like this happening with MMPR leading off, followed by BeetleBorgs, VR Troopers and Digimon!

Yeah! MMPR started The Saban Superheroes in the 1st place, so without them we wouldn't have VR Troopers, Big Bad Beetleborgs, Mystic Knights Of Tir Na Nog, Masked Rider, & The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
