Former Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega is in a Panamanian prison – but that’s not stopping him from suing Activision, the makers of the wildly popular “Call of Duty” video game franchise – for using what he claims is his likeness in “Call of Duty: Black Ops II”. Noriega was captured in 1989 and put in federal prison until 2007 before being extradited to France and finally, back to Panama in 2011, where he is serving a 20-year sentence.
Noriega is seeking punitive damages from the lawsuit.
