Disney Sets 2016 Release Dates for “Zootopia” and “Moana”

Walt Disney Animation Studios has announced release dates for their next two animated feature films. Zootopia will be released on March 4, 2016; the movie will be directed by Byron Howard (Tangled) and will center on a fast-talking fox framed for a crime he didn’t commit.

Moana will be released on November 23, 2016; co-directed by Ron Clements and John Musker (The Little Mermaid, The Princess and the Frog), the movie will be an adventure set in the South Pacific about a teenage girl’s oceanic search for a fabled island. Both movies are to be released in 3-D.
