Dead or Alive 6 launched today on the PS4, Xbox One and PC via Steam.
According to Koei Temco and Team NINJA, Dead or Alive 6 delivers fast-paced fighting in the form of one-on-one battles, with interactive stages that include giant krakens and pterodactyls. Players will be able to beef up their skills through Quest mode, which is built to challenge and teach necessary survival skills. In story mode, players will find a narrative “full of laughter, tears, and monumental character moments true to the franchise.” Players will also be able to dish it out with others online in combat.

Further details were revealed on DOA6’s Season Pass 1. Season One DLC will be available for purchase starting today for $92.99. The DLC will include two fighters from SNK’s The King of The Fighters XIV, among the new fighters in Dead or Alive 6 will be Mai Shiranui. There will also be 62 new costumes. Costumes packs listed are as follows: DOA6 Happy Wedding Costumes Vol. 1 and 2, DOA6 New Costumes set Vol. 1 and 2, additional character costumes for the two SNK fighters, and bonus costumes for NiCO and Nyotengu. Season Pass 1 content will be made available between March and June of this year.

Dead or Alive 6 is now available on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. The game retails at $59.99. DOA6 may be purchased in the PlayStation Store, Xbox Games Store & Steam, or at select retailers.
