Crunchyroll Programming Highlights (October 2024)

There are lots of big blockbuster anime streaming in October. Because October is the start of a new anime season, this month is stacked with premieres. Here is a list of the premieres for October:

• My Hero Academia is nearing its finale with two more episodes left to stream and four more dub episodes. Subtitled episodes stream Saturdays at 5:30 AM Eastern time. Dub episodes stream Saturdays at 3:00 PM Eastern time.
• One Piece has new subtitled episodes stream Saturdays at 10:00 PM Eastern.

  

• The long awaited return of the Dragonball franchise with Dragonball Daima will have subtitled premieres October 11 and new subtitled episodes will release each Friday. A dub will premiere in theaters November 10-12 but there has been no word on what platform the dub will be on.
• The highly anticipated Dan Da Dan will have subtitled episodes coming to Crunchyroll on October 3 and will release new episodes each Thursday. The dub will be on Netflix and Hulu and stream at the same time the subtitled episodes drop.
• The highly anticipated third season of Re:Zero will begin streaming subtitled episodes on October 2 and continue to stream new subtitled episodes every Wednesday. A simuldub will stream at an unspecified later date.
• The second season of the popular soccer anime Blue Lock will premiere on October 5 and new subtitled episodes will stream on Saturdays. A simuldub will stream at an unspecified later date.
• New  subtitled episodes of Fairy Tail: 100 Year Quest stream Saturdays at 5:00 AM Eastern. New dub episodes stream at 5:00 PM Eastern.
• Tower of God will have new subtitled episodes stream Sundays at 10:00 AM Eastern. Dub episodes stream Sundays at 4:00 PM eastern.
• The subtitled episodes for The Elusive Samurai have already been completed, but there are a few more dubbed episodes due to be released in October. New dubbed episodes release Saturdays at 3:30 Eastern.
• The Most Notorious “Talker Runs the World’s Greatest Clan streams new subtitled episodes every Monday at noon Eastern.
• Toilet Bound Hanako-Kun spinoff After School Hanako-Kun will premiere October 7 at 2:00 PM Eastern. New episodes will stream Mondays. A simuldub will stream at an unspecified later date.
• New episodes of Blue Exorcist will premiere October 5. New subtitled episodes will stream each Saturday.
• The second season of Shangra-La Frontier will premiere October 13. New subtitled episodes premiere each Sunday. A simuldub will come at an unspecified future date.

• 

  The Kyoto Saga of the Rurouni Kenshin reboot will premiere October 3 and new subtitled episodes will premiere on Thursdays.

• Sword Art Online: Gale Gun Online II will premiere October 4. New subtitled episodes will come out Fridays.
• The new Prince of Tennis season premieres October 2. New subtitled episodes will release each Wednesday. A simuldub will stream at an unspecified later date.
• Bananya around the World will premiere on Crunchyroll at some unspecified date in October.
• Demon Lord, Retry R streams new episodes every Saturday at 10:15 AM.
• The seventh season of Natsume’s Book of Friends will premiere October 7. New subtitled episodes will release on Mondays. A simuldub will stream at an unspecified later date.
• The second season of MF Ghost will premiere October 6. New subtitled episodes will stream on Sundays. A simuldub will stream at an unspecified later date.
• KamiErabi GOD.app Season 2 will premiere October 2. New subtitled episodes will release each Wednesday.
