Chris Hardwick and Linda Cardellini Have a Musical Showdown in New Sanjay and Craig Episode

Sanjay and Craig continue their best bud adventures this Saturday, July 13, at 10:30 a.m. ET/PT during a new episode of Nickelodeon’s Sanjay and Craig. First in “The Giving G,” an amazing discovery at the junkyard causes trouble in the neighborhood. Then in “Release the Craigan,” Craig poses as Megan in a beauty pageant, followed by a theatrical sing-off between the two.

For more Sanjay and Craig fun, viewers can go online to play “Sanjay and Craig: Messin’ with Noodman.” In this new game, players can play as Sanjay or Craig and bounce balls into the neurotic Mr. Noodman’s yard. Knock over his lawn ornaments for the perfect score, but don’t let him catch you!

Sanjay and Craig follows the adventures of Sanjay, an excitable and irreverent 12-year-old boy (Maulik Pancholy, 30 Rock) and Craig, a smooth-talking snake and master of disguise (Chris Hardwick, Nerdist, The Talking Dead). Together, they embark on epic kid-inspired quests that are at times totally ridiculous, absolutely gross and weirdly sweet. From perfecting the ultimate bike skid, tightroping across a pool of garbage on a dare or Craig manipulating a contest to win his best buddy one hundred dogs, their routine hijinks often cross into the land of the fantastical and the absurd. Only Sanjay and his closest friends can hear Craig’s warped words of wisdom. The only thing that stands in their way is their unhinged, snake-phobic neighbor, Mr. Noodman (Tony Hale, Veep, Arrested Development), who’s always on the verge of figuring out that Craig can talk.

Last pup of a dying planet, a young German Shepherd is rocketed to Earth, where he is bombarded by cosmic gamma rays emitted by a radioactive spider. Crash-landing in the forgotten land of Hubba Hubba, he is discovered by the Who-You-Callin'-Ancient One and his lovely wife Pookie. Instilled with their traditional American values, he spends his young adulthood roaming the globe, learning all the secrets of Comic-Fu. Donning battle armor fashioned from spilled chemicals splashed by lightning, he becomes the Sensational Shield of Sequential Art ACE THE BATHOUND! Look, it sounds a lot better than the truth. Currently working as a financial programmer in New York City, while continuing to discover all the wonderful little surprises (and expenses) of owning your a home in the suburbs.
